Location. Pillows and sheets were very soft. I wish I could have purchased them. (Please consider offering site for that.) My room was clean. Staff very polite.

Carpeting in the hallway needs replacing. Looked stained. Wish coffee had been available when I arrived after 4 pm. Bottled water? Lighting in the lounge was too bright.

The person on the front desk was very nice. She even gave us 'doggy' gift bags for our boys with milk bones, poo bags and a list of parks that allow dogs. There was plenty of grass for the dogs to relieve themselves. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed clean. On check out we got a 'to go' breakfast bag with muffins, Nutribar, banana and bottle of water. It being Easter their restaurant was closed. I think that was very considerate!

While the bathroom seemed clean there was a towel hanging on the back of the door on the hook. Was it used? All the other towels were nicely folded and where you would usually find them.

The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, vending machine at the lobby helps for emergency need

is housekeeping supposed to come on 3rd day of my stay as stated on the card in the room ? this is not a complaint as i was doing fine during my entire stay without the cleaning and i brought my own toiletries.

The hotel is conveniently located to explore the area. It was comfortable and clean. Good for the money. Breakfast wasn't included, but available. Would recommend

Breakfast is more country and less continental . But, prices right. Didn't like the taste of the coffee the hotel offers. Need to carr your own.

Staff, Alicia, was very friendly and helpful when I called before my visit. Staff was very friendly when I arrived for my stay.

The hallway was very warm. No ice in the vending machine.

Staff was friendly, bed was comfy, pillows were soft and fluffy, and the INDOOR, HEATED POOL was clean and refreshing. Men and womens' changing rooms right at the pool made it easy to shower and change afterwards. A truly excellent facility overall.

It was a pleasant stay. Clean room. Fulfilled it's purpose :)

The outdoor pool was out of service. It would have been nice to enjoy it.

I am 71 years with a injured knee, my room was 249 steps from elevator, they were very willing to move me closer to elevator and lobby for 3 of my 4 nights.

bathroom sink was a little clogged, the housekeepers were extremely loud early in the am, but the manager took care of that.

The hotel location was great, and with a good view when facing the Chemung River. The room was spacious with lot of space for our small family. The bathroom was good, with hot water available immediately and a great water pressure. The indoor pool was great with adequate chairs and towels.

Beds were too soft.
