Quality Inn St. Mary's

I am always afraid to stay somewhere not knowing the area and quality of service. I didn't have any problems with my stay here. It was clean, quiet, and insect free.

The only thing I would have liked more was a better selection of breakfast items. The waffle machine was not turned on and the friends I met up with didn't know we could turn it on as the was no batter nearby. When we checked out, 20 minutes later, others were eating waffles. Bummer.

The location was perfect for our reason for traveling. The pool water was nice for the kids swimming.

The curtains in our room 106 would not stay together and we were facing the side with a huge security light. Maybe put some hooks on the curtains so they will stay together and block the light. We've stayed at this facility many times throughout the years and have seen the many improvements done to the property, however, the restrooms in the rooms have not been updated and they really need to be. Other than that, we had a great stay.

The staff was exceptional! felt welcome the minute I walked in. clean, quiet, smelled good, the indoor heated pool is a plus. Great breakfast

My only “complaint”, and I can’t really call it a complaint, is that it does appear dated from the outside- but it definitely reinforces the whole “don’t judge a book by its cover” mantra.

went down for breakfast about 930 and they were out of everything the cook said reluctantly she would go make some more which she did but there were more people wanting food and she said that it was 10 and she was done

Conveniently located to work function. Have stayed there once before so chose again because of price and cleanliness. Drug store across the street, 3 fast food restaurants walking distance and small shopping stores.

They could have been better prepared since knew would be full. Ran out of cereal and such

The rooms were very clean. The housekeeping staff was very nice and accommodating.

The staff that worked breakfast was very rude to my son when he was sent down for breakfast. He was late, but he was doing what was asked. The lady was very rude to him. She could have handle the situation better with him.

I like getting a little coffee and snack before hitting the road back home. It was convenient

Arrival. Room wasn’t ready until almost 4:30. We had to be at a venue by 6:00. Not much time to rest from travel, freshen up and get there on time. Understand, like every where in the USA , staffing is short handed

Clean rooms, and friendly staff. Breakfast need some help keeping food prepared for the guests. The pool was great! Family enjoyed it.

Pool was good but was sad to see the jacuzzi was taken out.

Found a cookie on the floor in one of our rooms, my baby tried to eat it! Breakfast was ended early! Sink leaked in one of our rooms.
