I like Elizabeth who took care of us at registration very professional and helpfull, the room was clean and I love the view I had the ocean front, I would have stay longer but unfortunately some guess was smoking Marijuana and that smell makes me nauseous, the whole balcony smell like it, so I couldn't go back at the balcony which I love

I didn't like that some guess came on Thursday night they were smoking Marijuana and that smell makes me nauseous, I guess they have a room on the floor above us, because I couldn't go back to the balcony because of the strong smell of Marijuana.

Close enough to everything you need. Staff was amazing! It was labor day weekend so for some reason there was a mix up and my balcony room wasn't available but the manager Desireé refunded me for that! Given the odd mixups due to the holiday the staff were absolutely amazing! Will definitely be coming back here!

Didn't like the fact that I was supposed to have a balcony room but due to labor day there was a mixup! The staff worked very hard and quickly to make it right though! The staff was the best part of the trip!

Great location! Right on the boardwalk far enough from crowds, but close enough to walk to places n drive short distances to anything else! Right on the beach n beautiful views of the ocean n city from our balcony! Our suite was large very clean, n modern! Rooms had everything we needed, full fridge, dishes, stove, microwave etc we didn’t have to eat out every day! Customer service was excellent from the front desk who greeted us daily, the maids who were very friendly, to the security who made us feel safe daily! Great bar area with excellent food! Great pools inside n out! Our kids loved the arcade! Parking underneath from the hot sun was great too!

No breakfast served, but we usually sleep in past it anyway due to our teen children! Lol Bed mattresses could be more thicker n softer, but that’s my preference! We enjoyed everything!

The rooms are clean and affordable as opposed to some hotels that are ridiculously priced just to sleep and get up and out by 11:00. The staff is friendlyvand very accommodating! We will be back.

Only one complaint. A man cleaned out our room before out 11:00 checkout time and all of our snacks, drinks, food and a few items were thrown out. We came back to get them and the room was cleaned out. I would definately recommend no entrance until the 11:00 checkout time, but we will definately be back, as we are a repeat customer.

The location was perfect. The young lady that worked the hotel was so sweet and so helpful. Couldn't of asked for a nicer woman. The room was very clean. The one thing I would say about being clean though, is whatever they usually to clean with bothered my asthma but once I open up the door to go outside it cleaned it out from the air. I will say the door going outside needed to be replaced in the air conditioner needed to be repaired it was falling apart literally it works but I didn't bother telling them about it because I figured they knew.

I didn't like the cleaning supply they used and I also did not like the door being rusted and broken in the air conditioner

The view was great. The staff is great and location is good.

Our room floor tile was busted and taped together, the indoor pool had to much chemical, the outdoor pool is in bad location. There is very lil sun and very windy. And no breakfast causing tourist to go spend alot of money to eat at other places.

I liked I had a beach view and nobody really bothered me. I loved the shower and how everybody was just so nice and explained everything so well to me. I love how I felt at peace and relaxed. I love how the beds were made up so nicely and how soft the beds were. I loved how the staff welcomed and had conversations with me. Over all my stay was wonderful and relaxing.

How loud the door slammed when shutting it. They needed to spray for roaches bc I found 2 baby ones in my bathroom

It’s ocean front and clean! We stayed 7 nights and the price was unbeatable , we arrived 2 hours before checkin but they checked us in and cleaned the room right away so they let us go to our room at 315, after a 6 hour drive this was amazing!

The plug ins in our room would not hold anything, everytime I tried to plug my phone into charge, it would slide right out and if my daughter moved the wrong way while asleep all the lifts beside the bed would cut out, we stayed here last year also and didn’t have this issue but it was very frustrating

Our stay was great for most of out stay! We have stayed her a few times!

We stayed in a suite with multiple people. When my daughter asked for more towels and toilet paper because housekeeping had not replenish them, my adult daughter was told by the lady at the front desk that she could not help us and that we would need to track someone down in housekeeping. So I went to to the front desk myself not very happy with the response my daughter was given. There were several ladies there, the first lady tried to give the same response that was given to my daughter. Then the other ladies stepped in and were very nice. They went in the back room and grabbed everything I needed! I'm not sure what the issue was with this situation but I'm hoping it was just a training error. Other than that every stay has been great and we will look forward to our next trip!

The front desk staff was very welcoming and polite! I traveled for my son birthday as a gift to my child! The hotel was very accommodating and even offered him a gift with a better room! I will definitely be returning! The fact that checkout was at 11am and they allowed us to continue to use the amenities at the location was another positive impact for me because my baby wasn’t ready to leave!! Thank you all so much!

I think the room lacked some decor as in furniture and the TV was kinda small. But I’m still going to return to this Hotel. Looks versus experience! I choose the experience it definitely stands out greatly!
