Our room was clean, bed was comfortable and we got a late check out at noon for no extra charge! Staff seems to be very nice and professional.

The hot breakfast was cold, even coming fresh out of the warmer. The waffle maker didn't work, which we didn't know until trying to use it.

The hotel promises included breakfast, however there is no breakfast

It's sad that they jacked up the prices for 1 night to over $200.00 per room and that did not include anything extra like a suite or late checkout. Now I know the objective of Best Western Plus is greed not exceptional customer loyalty it service. I will not be returning any time soon with your hotel chain.

That the price for a regular room was over $200 for 1 night and regular room rates are usually below $100. That Best Western Plus was nothing beyond a regular hotel. Shame on y'all!!

Front desk was nice and friendly and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good, though the coffee took a moooooooment to refill

House keeping- when we arrived the bathroom wasnt stocked, there was one roll of toilet paper that was already low and we had to locate house keeping to get another since they skipped our room and towels. Also there was an old starbucks cup left in the room when we arrived so hope that was just a mistake...

The staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is good for visiting around as it closes to the freeway.

It wasn’t so clean by the time we checked in. The floor has trash, hair, some moist absorbing things and the towels were stained. The AC keeps buring and making sound like raining when it actually burning the particles like dust stayed on the rack.

The first one we had smell like there had been a dog in there, but they politely gave us a new room with no trouble at all, and that room was perfect

I believe there was an issue with a leak on my floor. While it didn't effect my room, the hall rug was wet. We had one day that our room wasn't cleaned but it wasn't a big issue. Overall I did not have any complaints.

The room was nice for the price. Service was pretty good. breakfast could’ve been better but nonetheless, a nice hotel.

The location is a little sketchy considering the nearby activities due to relatively close stores and LaQuinta located nearby.

The hotel was clean, staff very friendly, good location.

There is an air conditioning until inside the room that made noises all night. Very disturbing, constantly being awaken by this noise all night. Needs to be removed.
