Everything was clean, comfortable. Whenever I needed something, the staff had it available. There was hot water, the breakfast was delicious, hot, tasty and had a variety of options (not just bread and cereal but lots of other options), and the rooms were comfortable. I like that they had a kitchen with a full sized fridge, which is why we chose this place. The location was as expected and close to lots of restaurants (even within walking distance). I think the best thing was the breakfast because it was so delicious and filling.

The sofa bed wasn’t comfy at all so we all just slept on the beds. The beds were perfect though. Very firm and with lots of pillows.

the lady that cleans the lobby and dinning area was super rude. she got up on our face and yelled and screamed because she wanted my family to leave to lobby so she could mop! never ever in all of my life have I been asked to leave somewhere I have paid to stay.

This was our second stay at this property. The location was perfect for where we were going and what we wanted out of a pit stop. The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, we had more than enough amenities, and they were completely accommodating to my wife's service dog.

The only complaint I have is that there was an empty can of Miller Lite balanced on the shower. I suppose it was in a place that the cleaning staff wouldn't have thought to look.

Very nice accommodations and very comfortable hotel.

We were surprised about parking for such a large hotel and ability to pull up to the front door due to several cars parked illegally. Had to take the luggage rolling rack way out to get our belongings. Limited front spaces for guests unless you parallel on the street. The only real disappointment was breakfast. Just doesn't compare to some of your competitors. Very sparse breakfast bar with almost no choices. I'd take a look at this. Your competitors offer full set up of hot and cold food. Fruits and pastries. Did enjoy the waffle.

Absolutely on of the best most inexpensive hotels we have ever stayed. The facilities were VERY nice. VERY GOOD FREE BREAKFAST. Bacon, Eggs, toast, Bagels, custom made TEXAS shaped waffles. Rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. Mattress and pillows were AWESOME. Dove products, my favorite. we only stayed one night but wished all hotels were this perfect!!!!!

The breakfast was amazing, the employee that worked in that area was so very polite and helpful and everything was amazingly clean and always replenished. Couldn't have asked for a better breakfast! Coffee was good and strong too!

Honestly, there was nothing, We will definitely be staying again, I can't think of anything.

washer and dryer was free to use, no coins needed. Rooms were clean and very spacious. We stayed here on our way home so it was brief but beds were comfortable. We didn’t try the breakfast as we left at 3am to continue our journey home. we have nothing poor to say about this hotel, in fact out of the 5 hotels on our trip this one was the best! thanks for the great service and stay!

The rooms were sooo nice!! The kitchens in the rooms made me feel like I was home! I absolutely loved it!! Breakfast was delicious and check in an check out was super easy. We stayed on a whim because we were tired and didn't want to drive home! I'm so glad we did!!

There were little girls running down the halls, knocking on random doors, screaming and giggling. It was annoying only because we were tired. All in all, they were just having fun .. at our expense. lol

Breakfast was exceptionally good, staff very polite. Very nice decor, although you had this beautiful 2 story window that in the distance, you could see storage units. The pool would've been beautiful there, and as it was, the pretty pool and outdoor kitchen was off to the side, hard to find, no access to inside the hotel-which had ceramic tile- or a restroom. Please fix this on your plans for the future!!!

I like the location and the staff that greet you with a smile. Still after all my complaints they apologized even tho they could not accommodate my needs right away. They did go in two days later and cleaned they also little by little as I complain would bring things that were missing to my room. As they were able to of course because they did not have everything at hand. The manager did come in and took photos which I liked so she could let the office staff know.

I have stayed there two other times and didn’t have a problem but this time the suite was missing too many things. Batteries had been stolen from the controls. The kitchen was missing almost everything. Microwave was broken. They had a replacement on the counter that was not working properly. It was also not well cleaned. The truth is it was filthy, counters in the kitchen were sticky. I had to clean because housekeeping was not available. The bathrooms had not been swept or cleaned properly. If it wasn’t for the need that I had for the room I would have left immediately. Totally the opposite experience of what we had the two other times we stayed there.
