Brookfield- Milwaukee Hotel

I haven't stayed in a hotel since pre Covid. I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very nice, clean - just like hotels were pre Covid.

It would have been nice to have breakfast available. But the coffee and snack area was well stocked. There was loud activity in the hallway and I was going to call the front desk and discovered the phone didn't work. The noise stopped around 11:30 so it worked out ok.

Location was good. For the most part it was clean and comfortable. Pool area is nice! One of the maintenance men was so very friendly!

There was one staff member that was not the most friendly but not rude. When booking through a third party (Priceline and Booking.com it noted that there was breakfast was included and it was definitely not).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room and facility were clean and comfortable.

Only 2 minor things. The pool and hot tub were down for maintenance and we were looking forward to utilizing those. Also, we had to really slam the door to our room super hard to secure it. Shower could have been a little larger.

The location was great. Easy to find and access. Breakfast was good but could've stayed open a little later. Staff super friendly and accommidating. Bed very comfy and great shower! Very clean.

Breakfast could've been available til 10 instead of closing at 9.

No Breakfast but the place was really nice and clean. I loved how we stayed for two nights and when we left for a couple hours, they came in and cleaned our room and restocked on the towels, tissue, and soap that we needed.

There was nothing that I didn’t like. Everything was in good condition.

The pool location was perfect, the staff was friendly, the stay was nice and peaceful.

There were no signs to tell you where you needed to go. Better signage from the lobby down to the pool and elevators would be better.

the staff was very nice and commendable. We had a mix up within our party with booking but they got it resolved very quickly at the front desk

There were a few things needing updated. The towels were very worn and not very soft. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room but otherwise it was a great stay.

Atrium area was nice to meet with everyone and enjoy conversation and drinks while the kids were in the pool.

Very very busy hotel. Pool was too crowded to swim on occasion

Location - near great shopping and restaurants

We were expecting the restaurant on-site to be open and we also didn't like the fact we couldn't have ANY type of beverage by the pool. For many families this defeats the whole purpose of staying at a hotel.

clean, easy access to 94 and the ballpark.

pool area was closed! elevator sounded like it was going to break! awful hammering sounds coming from elevator that could be heard pretty loud in our room!
