The room was very clean and fresh, a few little things that need attention, and highlighted to the team at the front desk upon checkout. The bell boy, pool attendants, valet parking, desk staff & housekeeping all nailed it when I came to a seamless and comfortable stay. Very enjoyable & would stay again.

Recently renovated and showing age on the balcony at such an early stage, bathtub plug didn't work, bathrobes not available for sale.

From the moment you arrive, it is just wonderful. The lobby is beautiful, the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The bed and bedding is just perfect, even bath robe was heavenly. The young lady from guest relations was delightful and even had a beautiful cake bought up to us with balloons for our wedding anniversary. The reception was a little chaotic when we arrived and our room got delayed.. but they instantly upgraded us for the inconvenience... really top class service. Oh and the pool is super warm.. so nice! Oh and finally, the breakfast was superb!

Very friendly staff throughout the hotel, always helpful and kind. Nice big pool area with good amenities, life guards and efficient drink/food service. Perfect for families with children. Ritz Kids playroom is a nice extra offer (free) to leave kids for a short while. The hotel is perfectly.located in Abu Dhabi, 25min from airport and 25 from city center, Yas Island, Water park etc. The beach is nice but since it's not located at the open sea the water is not very attractive.

We had half board and went to all the different restaurants on the premises. Quality of food and service varies a bit, our favourite was Li Jiang, while the dinner at the main buffet restaurant Giornotte is a bit too busy and not special. Unfortunately during our stay there was a lot of renovation going on, we stayed in a garden villa which had construction work outside all day long. Not bothersome for us since we were out all day, but the balcony/garden is basically not usable during these times.

The atmosphere and service provided by the staff are really outstanding. Next to that, the breakfast is magnificent and same for the food in the different restaurant (we tried the Asian restaurant & the Lebanese) - Both are not cheap, but as expected. Woud really recommend this hotel to everyone who likes a personal service, great atmosphere & excellent food! Shout out to the staff from the towels, as they do a great job (again excellent service and complimentary water with ice all the time). 10+

Exceptional space and is highly recommended for families. Great spaces and restaurants, very clean and excellent staff. Special thanks to the pool staff (Ratjitha, Vishal and Danish) and the reception (both during check-in and out) for their politeness and professionalism. We will be returning soon.

Saturday brunch was amazing, variety of food and different live cooking stations exceptional. Kindness of the staff as well as the cleanliness everywhere in a hotel including room which was superb :-)

Venetian village right next to the hotel used to be amazing and nice place to walk in the evening now its not. Almost all restaurants there are closed for good and its a pity :(

The staff was wonderful mostly, especially Fahmi from reception and another guy who knew everyone’s names which was pretty outstanding. They all interacted with our child and were very supportive. One of them even let him drive a buggy, for sure a lifetime memory. Great Indian restaurant, probably best I’ve ever tried. Food was amazing, food quality and flavor even in the buffet with lots of options for everyone. Didn’t have a chance to use gym but it looked like everything you need and well maintained.

It’s a hotel for a not so long stay. I’d say 4-5 days are as much as you need to relax and not get bored. Skip the steak house on half board.

We spent a wonderful, relaxing vacation at the Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi Grand Canal. We had booked one of the garden houses, which are furnished in an oriental style and are ideal for families. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, the dishes are international and freshly prepared. The staff in the breakfast room very friendly and attentive. The beach is small but fine, there are enough loungers by the pool, the entire pool staff is extremely friendly and very attentive (Sajid, Vishal, Rayitha). In general, the entire hotel staff is exceptionally courteous and professional. We have decided to definitely come back this year.
