We were really satisfied. Nice quiet room with TV, comfortable beds and spacious bathroom. We were pleasantly surprised at breakfast. Great choice of different kinds of food. I have never seen breakfast like here. The staff was smiling all the time. The hotel is not in the city centre but near hotel is located S-bahn station, supermarket and lot of shops. You get to the centre in 20 minutes. Grüße aus Tschechien :)

Good location, close to Berlin town and airport. Room was really nice. Bed was big and really comfy mattress. Loved the curtains, in the morning sunlight didn’t come through the curtains at all. Staff was really helpful, explained which is the easiest way to get to our tourism destinations.

Wasn’t fan of the hand wash, shower gel and shampoo all in one. But you can always buy your own and don’t have to use the one in hotel. :)

Very good breakfasts. A clean and spaceous room with a great view of the Spree. Friendly and helpful staff. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to my colleagues or friends!

One of the lifts was broken, so waiting there to get to the 5th floor could take a considerable time. In rooms close to the lift the sound of the working lift was quite loud.

It’s really close to the venue and to the tram station.

The room was dusty & we actually paid extra for the kitchen but we had to ask the receptionist to turn the stove on. We were so tired when we arrived, so it was annoying to have to get up and ask the receptionist on the lobby

The room was nice and faced the river. The beds were quite comfortable, nice bathrooms, kettle available. The breakfast was really good. I trusted the other reviews and it didn’t disappoint. Good selection of bread, cheese, yogurt, eggs. Really good indeed.

There was no internet access at all! I tried it in my room, in the lobby, in the breakfast area and nowhere it work out. No connection whatsoever! I would not choose this hotel if I had to work. Also, the AC was not working. July is quite hot to stay in a hotel room without AC. Nevertheless I was on vacation, so I tend to close my eyes on such things to avoid stress lol

it was located in a very convenient place, near transit and in a very nice neighborhood. The building was clean and modern, the rooms had everything we needed, and nothing more, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, and the price was quite reasonable.

Great location in a nice neighborhood with grocery stores, spätis, and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds, 24/7 front desk, lively bar and common area.

The public transportation is being repaired in that area right now so I had to take an expensive Taxi into the city. The breakfast was good but not worth 13 Euros.

The room was tidy and reasonably spatious, with semi-separate entryway, so you can keep your shoes, coats and luggage out of the way. Breakfast food selection was surprisingly broad for a hotel in this price range. The provided hair dryer was also a notch better than I expected. There is a S-Bahn station within 10 minute walk so you can get to central Berlin in half an hour.

The staff attention and the location

The housekeeping service can improve. The second day we found our room door open and two cleaning cloth in the room. Of course we found all our belongings inside, but this is something that shouldn’t happened.
