I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Intercontinental Hotel in Cairo, located in the vibrant neighborhood of Heliopolis, just a short 10-minute drive from the airport. There were several aspects of the hotel that I particularly liked: - Convenient Location: The hotel's proximity to the airport made it a convenient choice for travelers. Additionally, having access to one of the newest malls in the area was a definite advantage, providing various shopping and entertainment options within walking distance. - Cleanliness and Spaciousness: The hotel maintained high standards of cleanliness throughout the premises. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment after a long day of exploring the city. - Friendly and Helpful Staff: The hotel staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. They went out of their way to provide recommendations for local attractions and consistently displayed a high level of professionalism. - Room Upgrade: We were fortunate enough to have our room upgraded, adding an extra touch of luxury to our stay. It was a thoughtful gesture that added to our overall satisfaction with the hotel.

The rooms were very clean and spacious, and they were well maintained throughout my stay. The food was great as well and I would definitely recommend trying out their restaurant. Overall, I have to say that the intercontinental provided me with a great stay. The staff were very hospitable and the facilities could not have been better. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in the area.

The break fast is adorable and amazing. the rooms are very clean. i;m sure everyone will like the hotel. the swimming pool is great too. when you contact the room service they would promptly react to you. The holes has a door access to City Star mall where you can spend you free time walking there, eating and drink. they upgrade my rooms and gave me rooms used for the first time as gift.

the price expensive, but the hotel is great if you can pay just go. a mistake happened and an extra amount of USD drawn from me, but when i spoke to them, they refunded the amount back smoothly.

Location (shopping practically inside the hotel, variety of restaurants in the hotel and close to the airport). For a one-day stay, on the way back from a tour of Egypt, it is a good option. The lobby decoration is very beautiful and the staff service is very good. The hotel areas were clean and the pool was very beautiful. My room was large and had a good balcony with a view of the pool.

I stayed in the room in the pool area. It wasn't dirty, but it had a very musty smell. From 6 am onwards the noise of employees cleaning the pool started. It didn't bother me, as I was already awake at 5:30 am to travel, but I found it inopportune for the staff to move around so early, disturbing the other guests.

I had the pleasure of staying at a nice hotel like intercontinental hotel recently, and it was a great experience. The facilities were great and the staff was really welcoming and friendly especially mr.Ahmed Hassan from the recption. The hotel was well maintained and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the amenities, such as the swimming pool, spa, and restaurant. Overall, the stay was enjoyable and the hotel was really nice. Highly recommended!

I stayed in intercontinental ,its good Hotel to stay . Room is Very Good.All things in Room well Arranged and Clean. All Staff is very helping & Professional. But i will appreciate Mr.Ahmed Hassan specially because he is very nice & Professional person. all people on reception well trained. Now i realized why intercontinental on top,they have well trained staff like ahmed. thanks so much intercontinental.
