Modern looking and well decorated. Very clean. I loved the room - it was better than in the pictures. The bed is very comfy, the view is great and I loved the elevators as they are very fast. We did not meet many staff but those that we did meet were kind and friendly.

The location is the main “problem” even tho for us it wasn’t really a problem as we had a car. It is also extremely close to the shopping center Adigeo. Also on the day of the check in the room was not ready on time (just couple of minutes later). The only thing I would say the room was lacking is the full sized mirror :)

The hotel is excellent in all aspects and the staff are extremely polite and helpful . No problems with early checkin or late checkout. Very flexible and accommodating

The hotel is truly excellent but the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. When we arrived at lunchtime, only pizzas or salad were available because of chef absence issues. We ordered 2 pizzas, 2 beers and 2aglasses of wine :bill was €77!!!!! NB it is a separate business activity to the hotel

The hotel had transportation to and from the city center, a restaurant, and rooftop lounge. It was very modern and more like hotels in the US with larger showers and rooms. Iron and ironing board was also available upon request. Parking was free around the hotel as well.

The bed was not comfortable and was too soft in the middle causing you to sink in. Others may like it but this was the only thing I did not enjoy.

limited bar opening opening times. location is out of the way for Verona tourism but the hotel seemed to be perfect for conferences.

the amenities - shampoo etc are big containers fixed to the wall , and some were empty . also the cleaning service was very noisy from early morning with lots of banging and chatting , and although we had the not disturb sign on the door and had not checked out , nor was the time to , they tried to open the door four times until finally I had to get up and talk to the ladies who apologized , but still it was very annoying , we really needed to rest being in the middle of a long car trip .

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, good shower and silent. It was very easy to park the car in front of the building. They also had a good breakfast (to many sweet items, but it's common in Italy). There is a large shopping mall with free parking 5 minutes from the hotel. The hotel is in a good location.

Hotel is not far from historical city center, but it's not possible to walk there by the road. A car is needed for quick access. I think there must be a public transport there too. Our room had a burned out lamp that annoyed us a little. It could not be fixed because it was the weekend.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable and made our necessary one night transit stay over in Italy effortless. The midday checkout was a brilliant plus as it allowed us to explore Verona in the morning before leaving. Staff very helpful and friendly.

We were cold. The temperature wouldn’t go above 24 degrees which isn’t heating, it’s air conditioning.

The hotel was lovely very clean. The shuttle drivers were excellent and full of useful information. All staff are very helpful. The choice of food at breakfast was excellent. The pool was lovely.

TV mounted on side wall and approx 3km to verona centre. But a shuttle van was available.

A nice and classic chain hotel, with all the good facilities in a new building, 10 minutes driving to Verona town centre, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the room is quiet and comfortable, parking is free, the pricing is quite reasonable.
