Great location, 3-5 mins walk for food at any hour of the day, otherwise it's right beside the Roppongi train station. Family Mart and a wine seller is right opposite the hotel. Tokyo Midtown was about 10 mins away, and very good food around (Michelin Bib Gourmand - Iruca Ramen - worth the wait!)

Lack of laundry services, however there was one about 15 mins walk. A little bit more pricier than the other APA hotel in the same area (15 mins away) that has more services, but if you are looking for convenience and access, this is location is better. Room small, but expected for Tokyo, and apparently is a standard package like any APA hotel.

The hotel is just a few steps away from the Roppongi Stn. The room was not well wiped down. I had to clean the dust on the bed headrest as it was very obvious. Like most APA hotels, the 11 sqm room is small but ok for a solo traveller like me.

The front desk staff could not advise me how to fill the form to send luggage to airport via Yamato Transportation. Language was a problem but having different staff giving me different advice means they are not properly trained to provide this service. In the end, I contacted Yamato via email myself and they guided me to the online English instructions for filling up the form.

This APA hotel is awesome! It was our first time to Japan, so this was our first hotel. We didn't know what to expect at first. But from check-in to check out, the quality of service was amazing! The rooms are small (even the double size rooms, which my wife and I had). Travel light! If you bring a huge suitcase or multiple baggage, the hotel will have you keep your luggage downstairs free of charge. It's safe. They will watch it, and no one will go through your stuff. My wife and I had 72hr backpack and a Swiss duffel bag that had our clothes for 2 weeks. They provide all toiletries items and robes. There's a family mart across the street, restaurants connected to the hotel and throughout the alleyways, and a subway station about 200ft from the hotel. They also offer laundry service. Great location to get to other to other districts. It's very safe in the area and very clean. I'm from the NJ/Philadelphia area and traveled to other places, but I have NEVER been somewhere too safe...Tokyo and this hotel is too safe where it's unbelievable. Very nice people and convenient. It's worth the value and stay. Highly recommend.

The toilets are small, especially for guys. My wife is petite, so she had no problem. But me, husky/athletic fit, I did struggle, and it was uncomfortable to use. I almost had to squat to use handle my business. Nonetheless, everything else was good.

The location, the staff and the cleanness of the hotel. I recommend this hotel for every person who is doing like me which is only going to the hotel to sleep when travelling.

The room is a little small but I knew that by booking therefore I have nothing to complain about.

Nice, clean, and viewless small room providing very good sleep. Everything is very well-engineered. The reception staff members are respectful with little English. Google translate can sort everything for you. Booking in advance is very important, otherwise, price fluctuations may harm your wallet. Never book on the same day of your arrival. The check-out date is constantly displayed on your TV with other programs and you must leave by 10:00 AM.

Good location within walking distance to the train station but steep hills leading to the hotel. Friendly staff let me know of "day use rate" which gave us another half day use of the room for small cost. Very useful if your flight is later in the day.

We got a unit on the lower part of the hotel and it was very loud. The hotel is near bars and restaurants so at night there were loud noises coming from the streets until late hours.

The location is great - very close to Roppongi station and right opposite a Family Mart convenience store. The room is small but has everything you need. Loved the water pressure and the small but adequate bath!

I only got 1 bottle of water for my 3 night stay - when I asked the reception for more water, she directed me to a vending machine on the ground floor. I couldn't get cold drinking water from the sink as this was also the faucet for the bath but not a deal breaker.

It was close to the Roppongi subway, about 3 min walk. A good stay to be in Roppongi area.

The room is a bit smaller than expected. When I lay out my big suitcase and small suitcase, I had no room to really walk around. Luckily, I only had one checked in suitcase for now since it was the beginning of my trip.

I really liked the people at the front desk and the cleaning lady.
