room service took too long and the food was dry, not having pillow cases on our final night , I had to wait 3 hours and make five calls before they came. one of them turned up dirty with make up stains, it was used. apparently they had a shortage of pillow cases. bath robes and slippers were not provided because they have a shortage even though they still advertise them. our bed wasn’t fully made on the second day, just sheets only with no pillow cases.

I loved the scenery, the pool vibes, the restaurant food was superb. I liked the midnight snack bar. The beach was beautiful and I loved how they placed the rocks to block the waves from crashing in and destroy the beach that was a smart move. All the staff were friendly and the entertainment crew was the highlight of the entire hotel. We did have an incident with one of the security and my husband, but once we reported it to the front desk it was quickly rectified and we never encountered another issue whilst being there and they made sure to call everyday to ensure I was enjoying my birthday, I also loved they ask you what your celebrating and they quickly put a sash on the door to represent what your celebrating before you reach their that was nice and I also got roses on my bed saying " HAPPY QUEEN DAY" and a bottle of champagne I will definitely be back need to look into the privilege package!!!!

I didn't like my room location because we had sun facing our balcony all day so we could only enjoy it during tje night, but we will upgrade next time to have a better view, I wish they had better selections with the food more Authentic jamaican food the menu was too AMERICANIZED for me. You have people coming from all over the world maybe switch it up one in a while.

They had good food selection and great ocean view, beach bar and pool bar. Room was clean and front desk staff was very friendly. Shae the butler was awesome, so was sam. some good bartenders though not all. Great towel replacements. Had a smoking section. The security inside the resort was relaxed.

The pools were not as deep as desired. Not enough sun cover. the beach is too small to take decent walks. Had a personal towel stolen from me unfortunately. There were a bunch of flies around food. The air conditioning inside the main restaurant is not great and expect to sweat your butt off. The flies on the beach front side balconies are overwhelming and a problem. Swim area was small and the deserts were mainly bad with a very few select exemptions.

The food and look of everything

The bellman and receptionist stole alcohol out of my luggage. I left it behind by mistake on my last day there and had to get them to give it to my driver to ship it. When he got it his boss put me on WhatsApp video call to show me the contents of my bag and the alcohol I purchase was not in there. The bellman purposely took one of my bags when I was checking out, I had no idea why they did that because I paid for my reservation in advance and because they did that I had to pay an extra $200 to get it shipped to America with my bottles of rum and tequila missing. Never coming back!!

The breakfast was not good the Jamaica food was not fresh, it stay too long on the hot plate,

The food and drink were good to excellent. All facilities were well kept. The staff in the hotel proper and pools were excellent.

I saw no daily calendar of activities prominently posted. There were no grab bars in the roon shower. There is no tv channel guide. No tipping could be highlighted..it is obvious that the staff (not a meals) expect a tip, although I must add that you will get service with a smile regardless. The hotel property is VERY expansive. Therefore, there should be marked golf cart shuttle stops and regular/intervals for same.

This resort exceeded my expectation especially with all the quality assurance checks from staff when ordering room service. I would definitely stay here again, the food was also amazing.

Considering I stayed on the Adult side of the resort, the pool should have been opened later. Access to the pool in the evenings should be allowed for adults.

Being such a large complex I had doubts about the service meeting my expectations??But it was very,very good.

I was expecting Christmas day to be a special day,but soon found out that all the effort was put into Christmas Eve?? But having a chat with the leading chef,who explained how the hotel worked,we then understood,and also didn't have any thing for vegans either(my son's a vegan who was thinkingof coming next visit)?? He explained that whatever you want just ask. We went on to say how disappointed we were not having turkey Christmas day??he asked what time were we having dinner(boxing day)he u'll have your turkey with all the trimmings. Absolutely brilliant.

Everything,esp the beautiful welcome with a cool towel, drink offered and a guided tour toward my room regarding what the hotel has to offer during my stay. This was spectacular for me, that's when I felt this is a vacation.....Lol

That their was no miniature size microwave in the room,because sometime the food/ breakfast was kind of luke warm by time it arrived. I still enjoyed it because it was cooked so well. Plus more options should be on the menu for room service. Otherwise excellent, hands down,I will be booking this winter........
