Having butlers. Having access to the entire compound. Choices of restaurants. Entertainment was very good, especially Michael Jackson and dancers. The foam party was very good. Beach party was very good. Views from the room. Liked that it was not a high-rise hotel block but only 3 floors. Selection of drinks. Bath in room.

Overpriced at the salon where I had an okay manicure and pedicure . Disappointed steam and the sauna were not working when we had our hour in the Spa. Unimpressed with the hideaway buffet.

everything was great about the stay at this resort - highly recommend it !

The only thing was that the dinner buffet restaurant at the royalton did not let me into the buffet due to having a tank top on, which I thought was a little ridiculous since we were in Jamaica and everybody wears tank tops (plus it wasn't a fancier restaurant - just casual)

Food was above expectations for an all inclusive. From the buffet to the sit down restaurants. All the Staff was very friendly, and accommodating. We felt very welcomed. View from our room was amazing. We had they penthouse so plenty of room and locations to look out from. The entire resort was clean and well kept.

In no particular order: Covid test station waiting area could be better monitored. As people waited other guests would walk to open chairs and be taken first even though others were there much longer. Pillows on the bed were very flat and hard. A couple of guests were allowed in bathing suits at the nude pool, this made it uncomfortable for many people. Also, there needs to be better access to the ocean than a bad ladder at Grand Lido Pool bar needs to stay open later than 5 pm. One staff person to check people out is unacceptable. Fortunately there were only 2 people in front of me, but by the time I was done there were 20 behind me. I cant imagine how long that took. .

All inclusive, so the room service was good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of good local and theme selections. Scenery was beautiful and we got lucky with excellent weather. Our end of the resort was au natural, and was very comfortable throughout our stay.

We expected a couple only resort, and while mostly true, there was a single male who rented a room, making this a bit awkward.

Maintenance issues with room a/c…very hot indoor restaurant seating as well. Marriot needs to focus on more than cost cutting.. they’re most valuable assets there are the employees and they should be treated as such.

I loved how comfortable our Butler (Orane) made us feel being an unconventional couple. He made sure our needs were met; he was very professional and made our stay very special

I didn't like how judged I felt being there with my girlfriend as a lesbian couple. I'm sure I heard the staff talking about us.

They were very helpful, especially since we had butler service. They got you whatever you needed. The staff were exceptionally nice and the staff at the bar were super fun and a good time. We also just got engaged so one night they surprised us with pedals, swan towels and Champagne. Super cute. The swim out rooms were large and had a nice bath tub with jets.

Room service took 2 hours to get and was cold when ordered at night.. We did order room service for the next morning and it never came, we didn't mind that much because we were able to get the breakfast at Grand lido restaurant. I didn't realize this was a nude facility and was not optional unless you are on your own swim out. You were able to go to the other pools though in the resort.

Personal service experience with our butler and staff. Ricardo helped with every detail of our wants and needs. Everything we asked for, Ricardo came through. The food experience was excellent!! Our room was beyond expectations. The swim out suite will be our goto suite next year.

We are unable to think of one thing we didn't like about our stay at Grand Lido.

love this resort! it is so peaceful and relaxing! love all the staff! From the minute you walk in until you leave you are pampered and waited on! Every need is met! The finest of details are attended too! We had the best Butlers! Ricardo and Orane! We ask for something once and it was remembered and completed everyday! Simone from the Vibe team kept us laughing and gave us fun things to do when we wanted entertainment. She went above and beyond her job duties! Kevon was the best bartender!! he remembered exactly what we wanted after just one day! Anna your front desk team are amazing, friendly, and helpful! I honestly can not say enough good things about this resort! The food was ok, it has been better on past visits but they had just been shut down for months due to the pandemic. Housekeeping staff did an amazing job with cleaning! Can not wait to return!

Everyone was amazing, I stayed nude all week and was unsure and not comfortable 🙃 but 2 minutes in I felt at home and the cloths went off!!!!! I was waited on hand and foot. Something special everyday!!!
