Nice and clean, onsen baths look out to a garden with maple trees, would be lovely in Autumn. Staff were very accommodating, their English was limited which is common outside the big cities like Tokyo or Kyoto. We used Google translate to communicate and managed to get all the info needed for the trip.

The location is not close to Beppu station, where the restaurants are. You will need a car to get around.

Very modern design, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, very clean hotel. Onsen was amazing!

Was a little disappointed that we couldn’t use all outside baths. Would be nice to have more options for breakfast. Also would be much more convenient and safe for the guests if there was a crosswalk next to the hotel. The traffic was quite fast.

Very helpful English speaking staff at the front desk. Room was big for Japan and very clean. There were single sex indoor/outdoor onsens which we didn't have time to try. Loved the outside mixed hot pools (with swimsuits). Free parking outside. Big buffet breakfast.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The resort is relatively close (~15 min walk) from one the major hot water springs attractions. It has its own spa which was very enjoyable to relax in. Breakfast was very good. Enjoyable stay.

It is a pity that the outdoor general (mixed) spa is still not open.

The onsen and the baths were nice, and it's very close to the Hells of Beppu.

A little too far from lots of restaurants, and those around close pretty early. So unless you have a car you won't have too much options to eat nearby.

Near to the Hell's of Beppu, free parking and convenient stores nearby. Good mannered staff and recommended a local restaurant for dinner and my family enjoyed it. Good breakfast buffet spread.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. Breakfast restaurant was closed due to COVID-19 but the breakfast delivered to the room was good. Water pressure in shower was amazingly strong. Onsen facility was small but enjoyable. Very comfortable pajamawear was provided.

Lack of power outlets on desk. The comfortable PJ set was unfortunately not for sale.

The outside baths were great. Dinner was good.

Breakfast is served in your room because of COViD. We chose one sandwich a drink and a juice. There were additional things in the breakfast set like chicken nuggets . Overall it wasn’t very good . Another thing is the bathroom door is very heavy.

Plenty of parking, easy to access location, the breakfast was WONDERFUL. The outdoor spa was spectacular, I want the same style for my own home!!!

This opinion is valid for Americans like me: the bed was too hard for my liking. Japanese I think will enjoy it.

I stayed at this resort two years ago. It was great! The property has been very well maintained. It was clean, quiet, and relaxing. Front desk staff was great and the location is central to everything you may want to explore.

The breakfast wasn’t great. Really it was like brunch. Too many food groups for it to be breakfast.
