Very convenient location near Canal City Mall. There are various restaurants for food choices, Ichiran and Don Quijote are walking distance. Convenience Stores and groceries are nearby. Sub way train station is just across the main street. Very convenient to access Hakata Station.
My son left his gaming mouse in his room. When we reached the apartment in Kyoto my son discovered that he left his mouse in the hotel. I sent an email to the hotel but they advised me that there was no mouse left in my son's assigned room as well as in our room. I have no choice but to accept that the mouse was lost.

The property is very near two stations and the Kushida Shrine is just a few minutes’ walk from the hotel. Closest station is Kushida Shrine Station. The City Canal Mall is also walking distance from the hotel. It has laundry facilities and a vending machine on the ground floor. Amenities such as toiletries are available at the lobby and sleepwear is also provided in the room.
There is not much variation on the breakfast choices and it is also not buffet-style. Despite paying for a room with breakfast thru booking.com, the hotel still charged additional fees for our child companion. Apparently, children are not included in the breakfast plan per room, but this is something that was not explained in the booking site which I think should be updated. Also, the price in booking.com does not include the accommodation tax and other taxes so we had to pay extra at the property. The staff at the front desk are also not very well-versed in English so there was a bit of miscommunication. Also, the lobby is not open 24 hours.

Hotel close to train station, 5mins walking distance
the staff was not very helpful when it comes to storing luggage (>2 days) since we will transfer to another location... did not offer anything or advice, just said No, No, No... had I known, I would have stayed in airbnb since the price does not include breakfast anyway... borrowing scissor was also not nicely accommodated...
