Very nice the hotel run free shuttle bus to train station.

You're as close to the ski slopes as humanly possible. Plenty of food options to choose from, all of which can be reached indoors. You can also rent your skis from within the hotel and have a locker right there to leave them at the end of the day. You can also buy your ski ticket right next to the locker room, again indoors. There are also a couple of convenience stores within the complex. Free shuttle to the train station is also helpful.

the hotel is a little dated, not that big of a deal assuming you're skiing all day. Also, as can be expected, everything is on the pricier side. Convenience stores do not sell fruit, again not the end of the world.

The rooms were well equipped, the view to the slopes was amazing and my kids loved the hammock. They spent hours in there just chilling out after skiing. Ski and ski out was so good, I love skiing to the door and coming straight in the hotel.

Food choices were a little limiting and only open in the middle of the day. Finding breakfast and dinner that my kids would eat was challenging. We ended up having dinner at 4:30pm in the food court most days. In hindsight, I should have stocked up on groceries in Tokyo before I came.

No food available after 21:30. Most shops close at eight o'clock, and ramen shops only close at nine thirty in the evening. The convenience store is only open until ten o'clock in the evening, and it doesn't sell any instant noodles or microwave food, only bread, milk and local products can be bought. There is a frozen food vending machine, but I didn't see anything for sale from the machine at night. In short, stay at this hotel, if you are not full before 9:30 in the evening, just wait and keep hungry until breakfast tomorrow morning!

Ski-in ski-out design, very convenient. Night ski is provided. All kind of services related to skiing is provided. Ski shops and different kind of restaurants are provided in the resort area. Free shuttle bus service is provided back and forth Echigo-Yuzawa station.

Night ski course is not suitable for beginners of ski and snowboard even it is a green course. Reminder should be provided when selling night ski gondola ticket. Quality of my room (Block 4) is basic and just okay. Free shuttle bus service from hotel to Echigo-Yuzawa station cannot be reserved online beforehand. Mattress support is not enough.

This is an all inclusive property with hotel, restaurants and snow activities all in one. Really convenient for families as everything you can want or need is in one place. We ate at various restaurants on the property and everything was really delicious which was a nice surprise. My youngest daughter took snowboarding lessons and the process and instructor was amazing! We will definitely be back

Very difficult to arrange transportation after 1730 hours. With the hotel being so large, there was no shuttle to pick guests up after 1730 hours from train station and front desk staff was not accommodating to assist with transportation to hotel. Recommend for shuttle service 24/7 for all guests that visit from all over the world.

If you are looking for door to ski this is the hotel! The access was super easy, the rental was open late, and there was night ski available!

The room was very warm - despite the fact that I turned the temperature down. It made my stay really uncomfortable! The toilet room smelled really bad. It was “clean,” but the smell was unbearable. I wonder if this had to do with the fact that the hotel is old…

Good view with the ski field from the room. Separate for the bath room and the toilet. Staff are all kindly, friendly and polite. Free Shuttle bus from and to Echigo Yuzawa station. It's very handy for Ski rentals, shops, restaurants all are in the hotel.

They have lots of restaurants in the hotel but only 3 are opened for the dinner and 1 for the breakfast. Far away from the room to go to the public big bath.
