The location was great, being only a few minutes from Hiroshima Station and many streetcar stops. I spent most of my travelling time near Hachobori, and it was always easy to find public transport there if I didn't feel like walking. The staff were extremely helpful and also very good at English! They offer a very competitively priced coin laundry which was actually vacant for most of the time during my stay. This was great for me as I was able to do my laundry whenever I needed. The room itself is quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable! They offer multiple pillows filled with different materials so you can really choose the feel that you want. They also offer two bags of coffee which you can pour yourself.

The room only had one very small bedside table, which meant it was very hard to use a laptop with external peripherals. I also found that the hot water was quite unstable and sometimes would pour out some cold water, followed by very hot water for several seconds. The internet here is also WiFi-only, with a shared network for all rooms. This meant that the internet was very slow at times, likely when more people were back in their rooms and trying to use the internet at the same time. There were also no hooks found around the room, which meant I had to try and reuse hangers to hold up towels.

Stayed overnight for a Hiroshima visit and would have been very happy to stay longer. We had a family room for 5 with four beds and a sofa bed. We had to push back on the staff to get them to agree to supply bedding for the sofa bed though. Other than that the location, close to the station, was brilliant, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great too. Would definitely go back.

having to negotiate bedding for the 5th person was a hassle. We found this in another hotel as well - Top tip: do confirm if you're getting a family room(s) with a plus one like a sofa bed that bedding is included.

We loved staying at the Nest Hotel. It is an easy walk from Hiroshima station and close to transport to get around the city. Tram and bus stops are nearby. There are a bunch of convenient stores nearby too. The room was large enough for two adults, comfortable and really clean! The facilities were all great. The breads and drinks in the morning are a great addition when you’re heading out for the day :) the hotel was able to store our luggage and the staff were very friendly. Thanks again!

It was centrally located near the station. Modern, fresh and new.

It seemed a little soulless and the staff, although polite and friendly, were not in anyway engaging. The breakfast concept of a packed brown bag of goodies - croissant, mini slice of bread, super dense mini muffin, was nothing more than a bag of highly refined sugar hits. It was disturbing to see one mother encouraging her already hefty young son to take more and in the end between them they took five bags and one as a take away!

We enjoyed the standing shower. It was big and spacious than the small bathrooms we have been using in our previous hotels. The standard room was big and made our stay in Hiroshima pleasant. We loved that the hotel was a 5 minute walk from the station.

Their laundry machines were not good. My husband had to stay up to the wee hours of the morning because the machine did not dry our clothes properly before we had to check out the next day. Unfortunately, there was no 24-hour laundry place nearby.

Having travelled around Japan and stayed in 5 hotels all of which were really good this one in particular was really nice it was clean and spacious it was also in a really good location specifically for hiroshima station the breakfast to be honest was the only let down but there are plenty of places within the immediate vicinity to get food overall would I go back there answer is yes Father and son traveling

Friendly staff, clean and new feel to everything. Room was bigger than in other major cities in Japan. Proximity to Hiroshima Station makes this a good base to explore not only the city but also the wider region. Although there’s no bathtub, the shower is very good and less cramped than some other hotels. Although breakfast is self-service and basically just a range of breads with jam, it’s ok, and the juice and coffee are nice enough.

Hotel is 10mins walk from Hiroshima station. Even with a stroller with toddler, 2 luggages, the distance is very manageable. The hotel is very modern, toilet is very clean except some stain on the carpet. The hotel lobby and entrance is very pretty and modern. The receptionists were both friendly and helpful. The room itself is not big, but it’s enough to fit an open big luggage, a stroller nicely.

The room does not provide water but they have an ice machine, vending machine and washing machine at level 3 of hotel.

Hotel is very clean, rooms slightly bigger from what we saw in other regions of Japan. Reception helpful. Visaully hotel and reception room is very modern and esthetic. Breakfest is in the form of one drink and 3 pieces of bread/crossaint which can be heated. Very modest but very esthetic, clean, no plastic, no plates, just a paper bag. It's close to Hiroshima Station. We liked it.

Really nothing. Great hotel for this price

The location was great as it was very close to public transport. The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly. The price was good we thought for the night for 4 people. It was also at a nice location in terms of having a walk around. It was also close to memorial gardens/park so you could walk it or get public transport. We would stay again🙂

The rooms were small but for a night or þwo they are sufficient. Also not as sound proof as other places we had stayed but honestly not really a major problem.
