It was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic—according to maps, it’s a 10-minute walk from the JR station to the hotel, but in reality; it’s only about 5 minutes. The rooms are spacious with ample room for large luggage. The ladies at the front desk are incredibly charming and informative—they’re really wonderful. Having a Lawson on the first floor is incredibly convenient. Have I mentioned how fantastic the location is? It might be considered a bit far from the Peace Park, but that’s debatable. It’s either a 25-minute walk or a 10-15 minute ride on the streetcars, which depart every 10 minutes just 300 meters from the hotel.

The staff were very nice & friendly and provided us with an excellent service! We enjoyed the location as it was central to Hiroshima station (less than a 10 minute walk away) and very close to the street car. There were plenty of nice shops and restaurants around, including a fantastic Okonomiyaki restaurant close by. Right next door to Sotetsu Fresa Inn is a conbini that we visited multiple times a day. It was very easy to travel to and from the hotel. They provide a variety of complimentary travel items and also loan out items such as nail clippers which was very helpful. After our check-out we were able to leave our luggage in their cloak room and weigh our luggage on their luggage scale. This was very useful for us and we were appreciative of their service.

Really enjoyed the stay: - great location, look to left at tram/streetcar stop outside Hiroshima train station south exit and you can see the hotel, short walk of less than 5min or 150m - Lawson at ground floor, great to buy snacks and also book for baseball matches at Mazda stadium - opposite Edion mall has many eateries, the ramen shop is great - friendly and helpful staff attended to us during check-in and check-out - great size connecting rooms, plenty of space if using backpacks, but space may be limited if you need to open large luggage - room looks brand new, bed very comfortable, shower pressure good and hot water was ready quickly - 3 lifts available so waiting time was ok - 4 coin/ic-operated washers-cum-dryers can be busy if many guests using, but 2h washing/drying cycle is sufficient for small load, may need extra 30min dry cycle for larger load

Best hotel stay. The staffs worked at the reception lobby were very helpful to direct us. Room was very clean and have enough space for everything. Extra staffs like conditioner, shampoo and wash towers you could get at lobby. They even provided facial cleaning oil, hair gel, facial masks so and so ( no other staying would provided this). Not far from the subway and lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. The price is really worth the service we received.

Provide the extra supplies which ever women would be happy to have like hair pins, facial masks…. They even provided umbrella when outside was raining

Easy self check-in and check-out. Very clean room and bathroom, well equipped: Fridge, soaps, shampoo, hairdryer and more were all present and in very good condition. Rooms were quiet and exactly as advertised on booking. Tap water is drinkable! No need to buy water or refill at the lobby.

The hotel is very close to Hiroshima station. However, the main shopping area and sightseeing spots are a bit further away. We preferred to walk (about 2km one way) which takes about 30 minutes. You can take the tram but it will cost each journey. Just keep that in mind and be ready to walk a bit or pay the tram

An amazing find. A short walk from the station for both Shinkansen and local trains. Lawsons convenience store at bottom of hotel. Reception has full range of bathroom supplies to take up to your room and provided us with mobile phone chargers. The staff are so helpful and friendly. Beds are so comfy and doona so warm. I had the best sleep. Room nice and quiet even though you can see the bullet train from the window when you open it. Frosted glass on windows, but as you can open them it didn’t matter to us. Rooms are small, but you get used to it quickly. We had a twin room and our teenage boys had the same room next to us. Worked out really well. Recommend it to everyone travelling to Hiroshima, especially if you’re using the bullet train to get around 👍

The hotel can be easily accessed from the train station. There are plenty of food options and convenience store downstairs. BIC Camera and Edion are both just across the street. I love the free amenities available for guests as well as the amenities for rent, it is extremely thoughtful for this service. Check-in and out process can be easily done via the kiosk machine. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly and are able to converse in English which is a plus. There's also coin laundry, vending machine and microwave available for use! And I would also like to thank the staff for providing us with an additional room card, because silly us, locked ourselves outside the room with the cards inside.

Just a few minor and not so important matter. - The pillow is quite hard, but I think it could be easily resolved by requesting for another, I'm just lazy. - Will be good if there are more hangers during cold season because of the number of layers and jackets we are wearing. Other than these, nothing else that I dislike of.

The hotel is in a good location- very close to the train station and various shops and restaurants including a convenience store on the ground floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of yummy food. Overall the hotel was great value and one of the best we stayed at on this trip.

The room and bathroom were a bit smaller than what I am used to, so it felt a bit cramped, especially with 2 large suitcases. If things were a bit more spacious, especially in the bathroom, the hotel would be even better.

We really liked the location even though it is not in the city centre. The proximity to Hiroshima station was what we wanted and we got it. I loved how the hotel provided complimentary face wash, skincare, hair mask pack and even bath salts for their guests. The standard toiletries were also made available but I thought the skincare and bath salts were a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and well presented. The breakfast food was very delicious, it was also a great spread. Husband and I enjoyed our stay and left the place wishing we had more nights there.

Hotel was a short under 10 min walk (depending on how many traffic lights you get) from Hiroshima Station and a good location with Lawson downstairs. Directions from the hotel website are accurate from Hiroshima Station. Local family friendly dining was mainly at Hiroshima Station with many good options. Standard rooms are very small in Japan, so booking a larger room for a little bit more makes travelling more enjoyable. Our room had a small fridge and a kettle, no mugs only small glasses. You need to go reception to get your consumable supplies that are at a self service bar. Microwave is available on an upper floor as well as a coin laundry facility but only for a small wash. Holding your luggage is available via a self lockable card in a room next to reception which was good, if you are needing to check out and do a few things before departing later.

We tried a few times to go to the upstairs restaurant a couple of doors down from the hotel, the one with many seats, but were always turned away.
