Location : next to Shinkansen station very convenient. At the station there is 3 bus services to bring you to the local attractions covered by your JR pass which is very convenient. A lot of eateries around this location making it so convenient.

Breakfast on Sunday is crazy. Super long Q and I know staff trying their best but food replenishment is also slow.

The hotel is very close to the Hiroshima station, less than 100m to walk from the Shinkansen tracks. The room (Deluxe with king size bed) is amazing, very large (27m²! Bigger than many parisian flats), never seen that much space in a hotel room, especially here in Japan. The bed was oversize and luxury, the tv has channels as TheCinema with international movies H24 (not mandatory but it is a plus when you are still jet lagging), the bathroom was great too and the view was nice. SPA center is incredible, the pool is big enough to swim, the jaccuzzi very nice, and the space for sauna/hammam perfect. There is a konbini at the foot of the hotel (as usual) and a okonomiyaki and a wonderful sushi restaurant also. All of that for a very competitive price !

Nothing blocking but : SPA is in additionnal charges (that is not a problem), but the charges are for a DAY, from 0h to 0h. It would have been better to make it for a night, from the check-in hour to check-out hour the next day. Some difficulties to ask some questions in english to the staff, even if they are incredibly helpful. Finally, just be careful, this room has only little separation between bedroom and bathroom, so you may see a little your roommates while they are taking their shower and hear when they poop :D Not a problem if you are with your girlfriend/boyfriend, but more if you travel with friends or parents.

Lovely hotel. Attached to Hiroshima station with array of eateries next door. Sightseeing loop bus, free with JR pass, stops at front of station. Rooms were great.

Annoying that pool costs an extra 16.5 dollars to use. Otherwise would have been 10/10

Great location, good sized rooms... the only place we stay when in Hiroshima. Fantastic Bar (order a lemonade just to see how it's made!) and the restaurant, whilst expensive, is superb. Getting to and from the hotel is super easy - it is right next to the train station and there is a taxi and airport limousine pickup right outside the hotel (only 1 hr to the airport).

Breakfast (and esp the coffee) could be improved... more western options (given the number of ex-pats the hotel hosts) would be good. Also, they charge for the use of the pool (about AUD$20 per person) which should really be included in the room rate as it is with other hotels.

I was travelling with my daughters and had one king room and one twin room. The hotel was very accommodating and ensured our rooms were close together. The hotel location was perfect for us as it was very close to the Hiroshima Station. They also stored our luggage prior to check in and offered to store it after check out. The room was clean, comfortable and very large. All amenities we could have asked for were supplied.

The design of the bathroom was very unusual as it had no walls. Although the glass was frosted this would still be uncomfortable unless you were travelling with a partner.

Location was excellent from the station - we took the high speed train from Shin Osaka. On reaching the Hiroshima station - exiting from the gate and walked towards the North Exit on the same level. From the station at this second level- there was a covered walkaway leading to the building with the hotel at level 2 and used the lift to access the lobby. We used the hiroshima sightseeing buses (covered by our JR pass) at the North Exit of the station level 1. Very convenient to use to access Peace Memorial. Stay was very comfortable - especially the pillows. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast at Bridges - we had early breakfast (mix of japanese and international dishes) at 630am - allowed us to take a JR train and ferry ride to Miyajima island. Service at the counter was excellent - we did a luggage transfer to our hotel in osaka the day before we checkout. The staff was helpful and patient with us.

Too short a stay, We would have liked an onsen on site.

The hotel's location is excellent as it is just a few steps away from Hiroshima Train station. If you arrive in Hiroshima by the Shinkansen, exit to your left as it is on the same level (2nd floor) of the train station. On the ground floor you will find a bus station that provides tourists with a convenient hop-on-hop-off bus (red, lime and yellow lines) to the main attractions. The hotel's lobby is grand and the staff was helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, and all rooms have great view of the city. Pyjamas and many amenities are provided. Many food and shopping areas are located around the hotel too.

The room was expensive but spacious and clean. Its location is excellent, linked to the JR station. The staff was friendly and helpful. They helped me change room after I communicated that the view was different from what I had seen when I booked the room.

I was deeply disappointed when I walked into the first room, because this corner room faced big parking lots. I booked an expensive corner room because the photos showed that the room got two sides of mountain view. I was willing to pay the price only because of the expected mountain view.

The room was very spacious and was able to get 3 beds, since our 24 year old son was with us. The breakfast buffet was tremendous. Your choice of American, Japanese, or in my case...both! Conveniently attached to the train station and lots of restaurants inside the station.

Nothing...no complaints...nothing worth mentioning that I can think of right now. The bathroom and shower only had a frosted glass...my wife and 25 year old son didn't like that due to privacy while showering. Didn't bother me.

Hated the bathroom absolutely no privacy. The separate toilet is an opaque glass door which has a large gap round it even when closed, which means you can every single sound from person using it also the position of the bathroom area which is all glass means you disturb the other person with lights not a good set up but a beautiful hotel and room
