It has a unique vintage feeling around it, with old simmons mattress, knobbed bedside lamp consoles, and a very cozy table lamp sitting right above the desk. Also receptionists were amazing!

Maybe too retro? I don't know. The water dispenser will heat up from time to time and can be a little bit noisy, plus the power strip is right under the spout, so there's a good chance splash water will down on the outlet if you're not careful.

I was amazed with the cleanliness of the room, the kindness of the staff, and the amenities in the room. Would definitely stay here again. It was also walking distance to bus and train stops!

Honestly, I didn't have any problems during my stay. However, I do think it got a little too hot in the room and the AC didn't seem to work very efficiently.

Close to the station. Great staff, especially Mr Orai (?). They had a coin laundry. Close to conbini and restaurants/bars. We were the only Europeans staying there so they always had our key ready😆. Lovely people

No restaurant sadly but we knew that when we booked so it's not a fault.

The hotel was comfortable and was a good price.

It gave us warnings about the neighborhood and recent burglaries. It was a long walk from the train station and was not near the attractions in Hiroshima. We had to take busses to get to the Atomic Bomb Dome and museum.

The hotel is just a short walk from the station. The front lobby has a luxurious feeling and the staff were professional but friendly. The room was very comfortable and quite large for a Japanese hotel. I also received a complimentary bottle of water and drip coffee sachet. The room was very clean and the bed (including the pillows) were soft and comfortable.

Unfortunately on my 2nd night, there was a huge cockroach in my room. The staff did come to remove it and were very apologetic. They also gave me the option to switch rooms. I’m quite understanding of these things so it’s not the end of the world but it did leave me feeling a bit grossed out. Hopefully the hotel can set some more traps to prevent this.

The twin bed was too small for 2 people. No breakfast available and the dry machine didn't work properly. I run my clothes twice and they were still wet :/

Close to train station. Well presented. Clean Staff friendly, helpful and most spoke some English. Bed and pillows good. Best pillows in Japan

The food was great and they gave us a private compartment for lunch. The man at the desk had all our bags stacked neatly in the room. Everyone was so friendly. The desk staff gave me a map and directions to the shopping I needed to do.

The emergency exit was partially blocked outside the door in front. The noise factor of the neighbors across the hall after 10 p.m. should have been monitored by night staff.

Great hospitality from staff. Japanese style room was amazing, there was a water dispenser in the room with hot water for tea, nice accommodations.

- Location, takes about 3-5 minutes to Hiroshima station - Staff - high class service, very polite and professional - Cozy room, very clean, comfortable bed - amenities- slippers, pajama, towels, toothbrush set, razor and etc - they clean the room, give you new towels and amenities every day - complimentary water bottle, free coffee and tea - microwave and toaster are available on the 1st floor - good view from the room I enjoyed staying there, didn’t want to check out haha Totally recommend!
