Good location, nice and clean hotel. A little hostel-like given the rooms do not have private bathrooms so the access to them is in the corridor. Showers were on different floor so had to travel using elevator for them. Area downstairs was really nice - had a looped video with music for relaxing atmosphere and lots of freely available things as well as water to make tea. Still quite enjoyable stay.

Despite the name - no SPA/onsen/bath facilities - only showers. Not a big issue as I looked up what was available but name seem to be a little misleading if you don't read.

The hotel is very well located when you travel with the Shinkansen. You can drop your luggage without having a long way through the city and can go on to explore the city without carring to much weight. Also the city center and the peace park is not far away and everything can be reached easily. The station is not far so also daytrips are easy. The room was quite large and the beds were comfortable. The rooms have no bathroom and showers but that was clear from the beginning. Ther is a common space for a sink and toilets on each floor. The showers are on the ground floor. The common space is great.

Maybe the volume of the advertisment video of the hotel at the front door could be reduced. In the room above it you can hear it the whole night.

The room was clean and comfortable, wi-fi was provided, and the staff, altho limited in English, tried their best to welcome me. There was no food, but tea was available on the ground floor. It's a bit of a hike to the train station. I'm fit so it's ok but less mobile folks should arrange rides. A very good set of local travel pamphlets were available.

It seems that you get what you pay for. There was no food and the only showers were on the ground floor, but it was well-placed near a 7-11 so my own food was easily obtainable (and they DID provide a refrigerator).

Staff are very helpful and assisted me with many queries. Room is actually quite huge compares to other Japanese hotels. I also have a balcony but did not have a chance to use it much. Close to Main station but area is quiet. Bed was very comfortable which helped me sleep well. Fridge is bigger than average and works well. Keep my water cold.

The dryer took more than and hour and my clothes still weren't dried.

The accommodation is very close to the railway station and easy to find. From this location it's easy to visit Hiroshima. The room is equiped with all the necessary. Also, there is access to free drinking water, microwave and washing machine. The area is quite and near the river. The receptionist spoke good English.

All staff are really nice and helpful, I'm English and so far all that have spoken to me were. The breakfast is great and so is the common area of the rooms. Really cool and hipster like, i loved it Location is right next to a lot of the places youd want to see, very convenient

Staff were great. Great location for the price.

Amenities were downstairs but it was okay to work around as needed.

The hot water in the water dispenser is not hot enough.

The room was very large, the beds very comfortable, there was netflix and YouTube on the TV

The water flow of the shower was very weak, it was complicated to wash my hair

The location was a 10 minute walk to station so very handy. Staff were helpful and lovely.
