Utilities for everything. There is a 24/7 family mart convince store. It's not an exclusive expensive shop but the same prices you would find outside the hotel. They have wifi of course, lan and you can even cast video from your device to the tv in the room (airplay or google cast). There is a free hot spa in the hotel on the 4th floor which is great. There is even an outdoor bath. Note that it's a traditional Japanese spa so there is a bit of getting used to. Easy steps: 1. Find the robe in the hotel room and put it on with just underwear. Put a bath towel, face towel, your key card, and payment card/ credit card in a bag. 2. Go to the fourth floor and go into the respective male female bath using your card key. 2. Make sure you take off your shoes/slippers at the entrance. 3. Place the slippers in the slipper boxes. 4. Go to an empty locker, get butt naked but bring your face towel - put the key on your wrist. 5. it is IMPORTANT to wash your body before jumping into the baths so when you go into the bathing area, you will see washing booths. Sit down, get clean. Yes you can wet the face towel. 6. Once clean, wring your face towel and enter any hot pool. You can place the face towel on your head or just put it down on the side. 7. Once done just repeat the cleaning process and exit the bathing area. Dry your body, put on your clothes/robe and use the beauty seats to dry your hair, clean your ears etc. 8. Pick up your shoes/slippers and exit the bathing area. 9. Go into the family mart convenience store just outside the spa area and grab a beer, sour or choice of refreshing beverage and pay it with your payment card.(pasmo, suica also works) at the self serve check outs. 10. Return to your room and enjoy the drink, your clean spirit and body. - repeat as many times as you want.

1. Fabulous harbour view from my room. It was something I did not expect and did not categorically request for. Either I must be lucky or I must thank the hotel staff for making that arrangement. 2. The surrounding of the hotel is calming and beautiful. I will never get tired of that tranquility and I hope it will not change much in the near future. Great location! 3. The hotel itself is very modern. The onsen was lovely. The two convenient stores on the same floor were super handy for late night refreshments. It was a pity that I did not get the opportunity to try out the hotel coffee shop and the restaurants. 4. I traveled for a conference and spent most of the time working in the hotel room. I must admit, despite the irony, work was fruitful in a pleasant environment. 5. All in all, it was not an occasion that I would pay too much attention to the leisure components but still I could easily name quite a few positives. I will definitely stay there again.
1. Same as every other hotel in Japan, the room I stayed in was petite. Please do not expect much. 2. At times I could hear the wind outside the window but it's nothing major.

The view was stunning. The rooms are extremely small but it has everything you need for your stay (Towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, cotton butts, hairband, hair comb, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap). Many employees spoke English and were even able to have a conversation with you about your stay in Japan. A nice lady taped my boxes I wanted to ship to my home country. There were carts you could borrow to put your boxes on and stroll it to the Japan Post office next to the hotel. The elevators were fast and barely had to wait for one. Hotel is close to the metro station. The room was a nice temperature so I barely had to use my AC even if it was hot and humid outside. During check-out I accidentally forgot my room-key in my room, I notified this at the lobby and I did not had to worry.
The check in line was LONG and they were still preparing my room despite check-in opened at 3PM. There are no stairs or escalators to the guestrooms, you MUST use the elevators. People with tattoos are not allowed in onsen and not even the pool unless you can cover them up with "stickers" you can get in the lobby or wear a "swimming suit" which you can buy at Don Quijote, it's an antique rule but OK, you'll encounter this problem in entire Japan and not only this hotel. It's also sad that guests had to pay for the pool. There's a time limit to use the pool + that it's expensive on top of it. There are only a handful of laundry machines which were occupied every time I wanted to do my laundry.

The building had amazing services. Two convenience stores, two restaurants, a spa with baths, massage chairs, and the Bayside pool with a view. It was nice to be able to access all of these places easily without ever needing to leave the building. Even more, as a foreign traveler, it was easy to access these services without a strong understanding of Japanese. The convenience stores have self-checkout machines which accept credit cards. Finally, the location of the building was amazing. It is very central, meaning it is only a short walk to many exciting places in the city.
The breakfast buffet had great options but was a little on the pricey side. It was certainly a nice option, but given how cheap it was to grab food from the convenience stores, it was hard to justify the restaurant more than once.

Very clean, the onsen is very big and comfortable. The view outside is beautiful, I can see the sunrise. The venue is right in Minatomirai, close to world porters, train station is close by, if you come by limousine bus, its about 10 minutes walk. When I was having problem with the TV and wifi, The staff responded quickly. It's very convenient to have family mart in the hotel.
The room and bathroom is too small so i used the onsen most of the time. The TV shows how packed the onsen is, but regardless of the time, it always showed one bar, so I am not sure if it's accurate. The aircon instruction wasn't clear. The lift is packed during check out time, I took about 20 minutes to finally get to the first floor.

The hotel is in a very convenient location and the view was so pretty. I also found the hotel remarkably quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The amenities, conveniences and the public indoor bath really added to a relaxing/stress free experience and I appreciated the yukatas and slippers for my use at the hotel. I also appreciated how helpful the staff were. During my stay, most staff knew very little if any English. However, even over the phone, we used the translation apps to communicate and it worked out just fine. I would definitely stay here again.
Depending on the time you check in or go about your day, it can get very busy in the lobby or in the elevators. You have to be prepared to move around people or squeeze together in the elevator. Not a major issue of course, but you should be prepared.

First time staying in an APA hotel and will definitely not be the last! First, they gave me a room with exceptional view even though when I was reserving the room, it says no view. Facilities were great! Family Mart and onsen on the 4th floor. The room has everything you will need when it comes to toiletries. Location is great. Close to train station and close to Red Brick Warehouse and all other food spots to go and places to see. Really helpful and great staff.
Can’t lower down the heat or change it to A/C but it did not ruin the stay.

Loved how close it was to multiple train stations and to many attractions. It only took us a 10-15 min walk to get to where the clubs/bars were at. The view from the room was nice both during the day, but it hit even better at night because I had a galaxy light so once I turned that bad boy on BAYBEH. Friends and I contemplated on whether or not we should or shouldn't leave lol. Rooms were clean. Front desk staff were adorable and very helpful.
The room was kinda cramped to me, but I'm used to staying in apartments or air bnb when I travel. So of course that's my only dislike/bias.

stayed at before night departing from Haneda Airport. Good accommodation with Japanese experience of essence and convenience in the last moment of travel with such as huge Spa, Convenience store, etc. in good location in Yokohama. Staffs are kind with good hospitality. Easy access, good distance to Haneda airport by Taxi.
nothing special. The room is quite tight, but clean, good quality, well equipped and designed with clever consideration of luggage space under the bed. (it was a little bit hard to use)

Very friendly English speaking staff. Brunch buffet was excellent. On site convenience stores very useful. Very clean. Friendly helpful housekeeping. Revo Brewing on the first floor was great for dinner. Typhoon Lan messed up our onward travel plans and we had no difficulty extending our stay another night.
Standard rooms are too small unless you're a couple that doesn't mind snuggling. For a father and adult son, we needed to upgrade our room. They charge extra to use the pool. Coin laundry dryers are very slow, even with a freshly cleaned lint filter, it takes almost 2 hours to dry a load. Pro tip: there's a 24 hour laundromat about 10 minutes walk away that has bigger and faster machines.
