The location is great, just outside of Sakuragicho station and a short walk to shopping centres and the Minatomirai area. It is about an hour to Shibuya on the minatomirai line so a much cheaper option to stay here and do day trips to tokyo. I was followed from Sakuragicho station by a strange nampa/stalker but I am glad the hotel was so close to the station and I was able to escape. The amenities in the hotel are really good, I really liked the little trays of bath salts and the free tea in the reception area. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful with forwarding my luggage to kyoto. Their english is limited but they have a translating device. I love the bath in the room. It was nice to be able to run a bath with bath salts in the evening.

The room size is on par with other japanese hotels so it is tough if you have big suitcases.

The property was extremely clean! There were plenty of amenities like tea, coffee, hair elastics, toothbrushes, razors, bath salts, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, pjs, slippers, and more! The location was so close to the subway station. It was literally 1 m away from the new south entrance of the Sakuragicho station. The hotel was also a 10 min walk from Landmark tower (huge shopping mall) and the Yokohama convention centre. Staff were extremely courteous and I would recommend going there if you get the chance.

The hotel was a bit hard to find as the signs were not as visible.

I stayed here for 5 nights. You cannot find a better place to stay in Yokohama: 1. The hotel is just beside the JR station. 2. It is very clean and comfortable. 3. All the tourist attractions are within walking distance. 4. A delicious and supurb breakfast in the nice restaurant on the first floor. 5. Access to all facilities, including free coffee, bath powders, tea bags, and toiletries. 6. Even more surprisingly, from my window, I can see the tallest tower and the Ferris wheel. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Yokohama.

Breakfast was good. They offered not only japan food like noodles, veggies and miso soups but also bread, scrambled eggs and bacon. The coffee machine at there was so nice that I didn't need to go to nearby cafes. The overall condition of this hotel was above my expectation. The room was a bit compact but excellently tardy and clean. It was so nice of hotel service to offer free amenities like bath soap and face cleansing foam. Location was excellent and I could get to Sakuragicho station within walking distance (5 minutes). Also I could find taxi station and air cabin station in front of the east side of Sakuragicho station.

I think breakfast could be better than now. Japanese foods were quite salty.

The international breakfast was superb, with many different choices from traditional cuisine to other more "classical" dishes. My room was large compared to the average Japanese size, and I felt very comfortable in that space, very clean. I loved the bathroom, very traditional! The fact that the hotel is very close to Sakuragicho train station was certainly a plus for my brief visit!

Everything was exceptional, and the staff is always gentle and available. The only thing I noticed was some difficulty in using the English language with the staff: this could be a point for improvement.

Location is good! Hotel is exactly near the Sakuragicho station, which is close to air cable station. This is a perfect place to stay overnight when you come to Yokohama for sightseeing. The room is clean and comfortable. I reserved a single room. The bed is big enough for a person to roll over. The most fantastic part is the fancy bedroom. I really enjoyed taking a hot bath with the free bath powder provided by the hotel. Overall, it is a perfect and affordable option for staying overnight in Yokohama. I will definitely stay in here again.

Very nicely located, and has a shop and a Starbucks within the hotel. - Coin washing machines available, and can be monitored on your room TV screen. - Extra amenities (bath salt, tea...) available on the 3rd floor, at the reception. - Easy (automated) checkin/checkout + welcoming staff. - Big bathtub and opaque curtains 👍

Windows were mostly foggy, despite using the airco. But honestly, this is the only criticism we had.

The hotel is right next to the station, literally one minute away from it, a very convenient spot. There are Daiso, Familymart, Post Office, Starbucks, etc. next to it as well. There are a street of restaurants opposite to the hotel, all of which are really good. The room is standard but really clear. It may be small but it is tidy and functional.

Overall, I do not have much complaint about this hotel. Maybe not to play so much Disney songs in the lobby?

Loved the property. close to a lot of food. subway at the door step and lots of shopping, supermarkets and convenience store near the hotel. easy walk to noge that is so great. Chinatown and motomachi is also about 30 mins walk away. Hotel also give bath salts that is so gd for a hot bath fete a long day out.

Location! Nothing beats a great location when I plan for travel and being in Sakuragi-Cho station is excellent. This trip is to attend BABYMETAL concert at PIA Arena MM which just a short walk via the elevated walkway. Within 1km are nice places to eat and shop. My room is comfortable and has basic amenities plus you can get extra like cotton buds, razor, bath power at the lobby. Cleanliness is maintained daily, and they do a great job.
