The staff was very friendly and helpful. English was no problem for them, and broken Japanese was fine as well ;) Even though I gave my information about arrival way too late, they were still really nice about it (again, sorry for that). The room was a typical small size for Japan. I was alone and am pretty small myself, so it might not be as helpful to some of you. But I had three suitcases, one big bagpack, and bought too many things, and was still able to live there comfortably. The bed was quite big, and very comfortable. The following information, though, might be relevant for the allergic people: the beds are nice, but it's the feather-filled kind. So be prepared, if you have problems with this. (I did, but I am used to that and just took the sheets and no pillow. Was still very nice and because of the AC no problem with the temperature as well). I probably could have asked for an alternative at the reception, but I didn't want to bother them and I am adaptable... For things like brushes, extra towels, drinks or whatever, a lot is offered at the reception to just take, or you buy drinks at the vending machines. There is also a microwave. If you need to wash your clothes, they have two washing machines and two dryers that (right now) cost 400¥ for washing and 100¥ for 10 minutes of drying. It was possible to have the room cleaned daily, but it is the clients choice if it is needed. You have to put the sign up until 12 o'clock. If yes, the bed will be made, towels changed, garbage disposed and a new water bottle will be provided (and of course, the room was cleaned). The public bath is really nice as well, and I definitely recommend using it!!! Also, I am no expert, but I really enjoyed the offered soaps for body and hair. They surely are basic ones, but they smell nice. Last but not least, the location is quite good, as there are several Konbinis literally right next to the hotel, as well as some restaurants.
I saw some reviews about the cleanliness of the rooms and the way they look. My room had some damages on the walls, and the bathroom had some corners that looked a bit moldy. But it was not that bad, and I definitely have seen worse in more expensive hotels. So I get the critique, but you shouldn't be too turned off by it. It is still a very good deal for the location, quality of service, and a very comfortable room!

Our rooms were amazing and the beds were really comfortable. The room size wasn't too small either. We had 3 people per room, and we were able to still open our luggages comfortably. The public bath was great, definitely helped cure the fatigue that came from a lot of walking. The staff was very nice and assisted us with every question and requests we had! The hotel was also surrounded by a lot of convenience stores (Seven Eleven, Lawson and Family Mart) so take your pick!
Laundry room was available but the capacity was quite small at around 4kg. If it's just for 1-2 person's laundry, it should be fine, but we were a party and since it's winter we had a lot of thick clothes. So it's better to go to a coin laundry shop near the hotel where they have washers and driers with huge capacity. While the location is great for its price and offer, the hotel is around 10-15 minute walk from Yokohama Station. If you're carrying heavy luggages, it will take a bit longer.

it’s pretty close to the station (West Exit) around 5-10 minute walk. The atmosphere is pretty nice where you can see the river from window. The room is wider than expected. The decoration is in modern style.
Even if the hotel is close to department store and donki, I feel quite risk of people when walking outside at night.

There aren't many people using the public bath, so we had really good experience using the public bath. It was a great chance to experience Japanese bathing culture before we go to Onsen. The young female staffs were so nice and tried to help us understanding using translator. The facilities were nice and clean.
It is tricky to get to the hotel from Yokohama station. The best way is to use the underpass of the station, and if you go out of the station, the google map will have hard time navigating you due to lots of underpass beneath the streets, and there are not many crosswalks.

You could tell the hotel was a bit old but it was clean and the staff was polite and helpful. The room was the standard for a Japanese hotel, it is small but quite comfortable and has plenty of amenities to choose from.
I know tattoos are not accepted in the country so I feel is not fair to complain but I wish the hotels were more accepting of that because I couldn't experience the sento. That being said, I already knew that before planning the trip so is not like it caught me by surprise or I think people are rude. Is just the only thing I would consider "negative" about my stay but, again, no one was rude, is just the culture of the country and I accept it.

Good location at a walking distance from Yokohama Station - and through that to the rest of Japan. Reached after midnight thanks to a delayed flight and long immigration queues but staff still accommodated my check-in. Vending machines inside the building and convenience stores nearby made food a non-issue at time during the day or night. Front-desk reception, cleaning and maintenance crew staff are polite and friendly at all times of the day. They took the time to understand and work with a non-Japanese speaker like me. Most of the important hotel information is available in Japanese and English - recommend checking with the front desk or using a translation app to get by with the rest.
This is not a negative, just something to be aware of. My single-person hotel room was compact and comfortable, and met all my requirements as a place to keep my bags, bathe and sleep while spending I was out the whole day at work or sightseeing. Do not confuse it for a vacation resort if you are looking to stay in the hotel room throughout the day. Limited space for large boxes and no closet - just 3 hooks and hangers for clothes. Not an issue if you are travelling light and are willing to be efficient with packing/storage space vs living/sleeping space.

Perfect location, only a few minutes away from Yokohama station. Welcoming and helpful staff. Beautifully decorated, very chic. I booked the twin room, which is small, but normal to Japanese standards. Still very comfortable. You can get all the amenities you need from the reception area. Facilities such as coin laundry room and vending machines were a plus. The public bathing area was immaculate.
Received a few messages from the team saying "no English spoken", but the staff member who welcomed me spoke really good English. Public bath water was indicated at 40.5°C but didn't feel like it, could have been a bit hotter.

The hotel is in one of the ideal locations from Yokohama station. The facilities were very clean and the booking confirmation was carried out swiftly. There is also a public bath in the basement floor and an ice cream vending machine in addition to the normal drink machine to top up your post-bath experience. The hotel area also have two convenience store nearby, so you don't have to walk far to get what you need.
The road around the hotel (the way that doesn't go to the station) may be hard to navigate at night. Make sure you study the area a bit during the day.

As soon as I came in, I felt welcomed. The staff was very friendly and offered help at any time. The room was huge (considering the average size of rooms in Japan) and clean. A special thanks to the cleaning staff for always keeping the rooms nice and clean. The hotel is not too far away from Yokohama Station, though it might be a bit exausting to get there, especially after a long flight. Overall a great experience. Definitely worth booking another time.
The pillows might need some more padding.

The public bath was alright. The single room has decent working space. It's about a 10-minute walk from Yokohama station with access to Tokyo, downtown Yokohama, as well as Enoshima and Kamakura.
*The following are mostly speculations.* There just isn't much to do in Yokohama. If you want to experience Tokyo night life, you might find a similar hotel much closer Tokyo. I didn't, so it wasn't a problem for me at all.
