I loved the “The Ladies’ Floor” with the Lounge. Totally secure to go in and out. The bathtub was very big and could relax in it after long walks. The front desk personnel was very friendly and helpful, especially when asked about the touristic places. Great selection of amenities/toiletries in the reception lobby that was on the 2nd floor. The hotel is located in a very busy street, but it was very quiet on the 13th floor. No Street noise heard up there. A walking distance to Yokohama station. Lots of stores/restaurants nearby.

The breakfast!!! It’s served in a restaurant on the street level with the general “public”. There were 4 options, and both days I ordered the Japanese style breakfast. The 1st day the miso soup was very salty and the salmon filet had lots of bones. The person behind the counter was not friendly. The 2nd day the food and the employee were better.

The location is excellent. Near to Train and Subway stations. Many shops and restaurants in the area. The room and washroom are quite spacious compared with other business hotels. The room design and lay out are extremely user friendly. I will book again in other cities if they have Hotel Unizo there.

The hotel should provide tea bags and coffee even on days no room cleaning is required.

Location is good if taking trains; 10 mins brisk walk along a busy straight road radiating from the station. Many malls and restaurants around, including those in the station. Bus stop just 2 mins walk away provides alternative transport to key sight-seeing spots. Hotel provides skincare products, tea/coffee sachets and a bottle of water for each guest everyday. Twin Room is new, very clean, spacious and comfortable for two. Toyota car rental just 5 mins walk away

Nothing much, except hotel lobby on second floor is small

First, the hotel is very clean and the staffs are nice. You can also get an English service too for those who can't speak Japanese. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. The prices are good too. However, you have to use Booking.com for great deals. Overall, our stay at this hotel was incredible and we had a very relaxed and nice time. The hotel has a workable distance from the station. It's also well-situated to visit nearby places. I think security is great. You can also have an affordable body massage and a theater to watch movies.

The pillows are very hard. My husband and I had neck pain. They are no waiting rooms to sit and chat with other people. Last, it was difficult for the taxi drivers to locate the hotel as we tried three different drivers. I don't know why. I think the hotel needs to do more advertising campaigns with street signs and locations.

I loved my stay at Hotel Unizo! It was just a short 5 min walk from Yokohama station with plenty of things to do, eat, and see around the area of the hotel as well. I don’t speak any Japanese, but the staff was so kind and did their best to help me understand all the hotels procedures. My room was good and clean and the air conditioning worked nicely. I had everything I needed during my stay and will definitely consider staying here again if I am ever in Yokohama!

Quiet and clean room. Secure access through elevator, no need to go through reception. Staff was responsive. Location for my purpose. I will certainly book again Unizo. 😀

I wish I had a better view from the window. (Blind view in between buildings.) So it was a little dark.

Super clean and easy access to shopping and stations. 40 min to Tokyo as well.

My only complaint is that there are two laundry machines and one doesn’t dry clothes as well as the other one. I recommend using one close to the wall.

Lovely hotel with super fast Wi-Fi and conveniently located in the heart of Yokohama. Clean, friendly staff and very nice amenities. Lots of good restaurants, shops and cafes around the area. Highly recommended.

Nothing really, room was a bit small but within the usual Japanese standards.

I stayed here for a few days to join the conference in Yokohama. this hotel is centrally located so everything you need is just around the corner. I also would like to talk about ultra fast wifi connection - it allows you to have an online meeting, watch movies, and even play some games at full speed. well that is basically not there for gaming but it indeeds is fast. bed is comfy very firm and soft.

the single room is a bit small. you do not want to stay in a single room withe a luggage.
