Great location near the train station, and cool shops and eateries. Amazing staff- with a proper check in desk ( other hotels have gone completely automatic, you just use codes and scan your passport)- so it’s lovely to have a human touch and this also means they give out maps and can answer my questions about shops or activities. Comfortable beds and clean linen- nice! No futons here thankfully !

Nothing - this place is fantastic and it’s actually better than staying right in Tokyo. Easy to get to Yokohama from Haneda Airport and avoid the crazy streets of Tokyo itself - yet still easy to catch train into Tokyo when the need arises.

Location is great - short walk to Yokohama Station which made getting there and getting around easier. Our family twin was huge and had a great desk space to do a little work. Room under beds for luggage was handy. There is a good large supermarket behind the hotel which made buying snacks and breakfast supplies easy. The hotel bar was a comfortable place to grab a drink and had a happy hour with 500yen drinks each afternoon. Staff at the front desk were excellent. Yokohama itself is a fabulous city for a few days as a change from Tokyo. We really enjoyed it.

Absolutely LOVED that they had luggage storage. We were travelling from another prefecture so we arrived much earlier than the check-in time. We didn't need to coin locker and the staff really helped us with the luggage since our group arrived at separate times. Rooms were clean and orderly. Toiletries were picked up at the check-in space and easily replenished when required. The location was great! It was close to the subway line and a lot of things so it was easy to make plans and late night activities. We had a group of five so we got two rooms and equested for rooms to be close to each other and they were able to place them on the same floor. They had a coin laundry machine on our floor and a vending machine for late night drinks if needed. We enjoyed the twin room more as they had a larger seating area for our group to hangout.

We found the bathroom for a double bed room to be too small. The sink and shower were interchangeable faucets (something for smaller bathrooms). The tub was really high and shower space really small for my partner (he's 6'2).

It was a great location near the train station and all kinds of restaurants and entertainment. The room itself was clean although small but had everything we needed. The staff were all nice and the check in/out process was simple.

The room felt a bit cramped but was fine for how little time we spent in it. We did not care for the bathroom which was extremely small and cramped and using the shower was somewhat difficult as there was little counter/tub space to place shampoo, soap, etc.

Very cool looking hotel, with a bar and restaurant at the first floor. Reception is on the second floor instead, which is an unusual set up but no hinderance whatsoever. The rooms are quiet given you are in the middle of Yokohama, with there being enough space in the room itself to relax. Beds were lovely too, with more than adequate space to sleep comfortably.

I thought the bathroom was very cramped, which isn't unusual for Japanese hotels but in comparison to other places on our trip myself and my travel partner couldn't be there in the same time unless one of us stood in the bath! Not a major hinderance, though, and we felt the toilet could do with updating or at least fixing because the seat had clearly been worn off its hinges a bit, so we nearly fell off! Again, not a major problem though once you know to be wary!

Good location and staff was friendly. The welcome drinks were a nice touch. Even though we opted not to have the room made up, we received goodie bags with toiletries and towels every day! There was also a table to take whatever toiletries you needed.

Parking i suppose was an issue, would have helped to have clearer directions there. Seems to be no parking on site; nearest car park is a couple of minutes walk away, though at 2100 yen per night, it was affordable i guess.

We booked a room at this hotel last minute around 11pm due to us missing our train to Osaka. We were able to quickly make a booking and the hotel was walking distance to the train station. The staff checked us in quickly, and there was free amenities provided that we could grab ourselves. The room had a decent size bed with lots of different lighting. There was also decent floor space in the room for luggage compared to other places perhaps. No issues with the bathroom either. Check out was also speedy.

Location for shoppers was convenient, will have an Aeon mall, Daiei very close by. Don Quijote is close also, lots of choices of food. Walking distance to JR Yokohama station. The twin room was spacious but the double was a bit tight if you have a lot of luggage as my niece/husband had.

The rooms could need a bit to clean. The dark carpet made the rooms darker; with stains on it; the bathroom vent need to be cleaned, lots of dust. The sound insulation between rooms need improvement.

1. Had a really helpful staff that allowed us to check-in a bit earlier as the room was ready. Very thankful for that. 2. Hotel was close to station, supermarket and convenience stores. 3. Room was cosy, yet big to accommodate a family of four comfortably

Family had breakfast @ Smoke Room. They were open early, which was convienent as we were still on Pacific/Hawaii time. The food and service was great. The hotel location was also perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

I can’t recall having a bad service experience in Japan, as I visit 4-5 times a year, excluding the stupid 2 year world covid shutdown.
