- Very central location, only a few minutes walk from Yokohama Station. - Very good sound insulation in the room. I could barely hear anything from adjacent rooms, from the corridor nor from the outside. - Comfy bed. - Great air con. The room also had a humidifier. - Super fast and stable wifi connection. - Clean and tidy hotel and guest rooms.

- It should come as no surprise that the guest room was very compact (i.e. small), with barely any room to maneuver a big suitcase. Following this, the room had very limited storage space and almost no places to put your clothes (so you will not be able to unpack your stuff from your luggage) and barely any space to hang your coat / jacket.

Everything, I love it it's connected to the Yokohama station, you can walk through the bridge and get to the hotel. The room was really nice, spacious, super clean, and the bathroom is really nice and spacious as well. The check-in is by the machines in the lobby, all you need to do is to input your booking confirmation#, scan your passport, then the machine will give your room key. The amenities such as, brushes, bath powders are located in the lobby as well for you to grab it. The internet was fast, stable and good. I had a few facetime interviews and it worked perfectly fine.

It would be great if the hotel could make a map on how to access the hotel from Yokohama station. Because Yokohama station is a combination of a train station and department stores, and it took me a long time to find a way to the hotel because there are many different floors.

The hotel was super nice! It has traditional Japanese style rooms with the feel of Western style. For example, everything looked like a regular hotel here in USA, but still had that japanese charm of clean, quiet, and respectful. The hotel room itself was a big "small" room(bed, desk, toilet). Shower was amazing! Beds have adjustable lighting. The hotel lobby is on the third floor of the building. Floors 4-6 are the rooms. Floor 4 is laundry service. Check in was easy. They even have a little guy on the screen to help you check in(if you need it). Huge amount of amenities you can grab from the lobby. 24hr free coffee.

You have to put your key card in the wall when leaving the room. I understand why but when you have 2 people staying, and one leaves, it can get annoying.

I stayed here for 12 days, the location always the best. take the West exit, go to the NewWoman second floor, there is a covered path straight to the hotel. even thought is a small room, only can fit one luggage, but I can put under the bed to save some space. the TV can show when washer and dryer available. if you like shopping, don’t miss the Yokohama station and stay here.

only two washer and dryer, you need to wait a long time. the room kinda small. the wall is thin, but not that noisy.

Modern rooms with excellent amenities. Central location next to Yokohama station with a direct connection through CIAL mall. Room is perfect for an active city trip. Check in is automated but staff on hand to help. Bath salts, bathroom amenities, coffee and tea provided 24/7 at lobby. Supermarket, 2 restaurants in same building.

Room small for 2 people and holiday luggage - consider a larger room option. Breakfast average.

The location was perfect. There's a pathway, or some kind of bridge, that connects the hotel to CIAL and Yokohama Station, so you don't have to walk in the streets. The room's clean and the amenities are amazing! The staff also helped us filled the form to send our luggages to our next hotel. Thank you, Suzuki-san!

Hotel in a very centric location, next to the Yokohama Station. Rooms are quite small but it is like that in all Japan. You feel safe and comfortable. Staff was always helpful and nice all the time. I really want to help you for your assistance and support all the time. I definitely recommend this hotel. Arigato!

Nothing. I liked everything

This hotel is located at 5 mins walk from the Yokohama station. It is very convenient to walk from the station to the hotel. The staff is very co-operative and helpful. The rooms are super clean and comfortable. There is a super market in the basement of the hotel and one grocery store right opposite the hotel.

a really pleasant stay. easy to check in and out. free coffee at any time of the day. i liked how you pick and choose your amenities instead of having lots of bits and pieces cluttering the hotel room. for more space, the superior double room is perfect for two people who might want to stretch out. a big pro was the size of the bathroom!

even thought it’s close to the station (as a matter of fact, connected through the mall), it’s very confusing to find initially. I wish there were instructions on the listing of how to get from Yokohama Station to the hotel. other than that, it was an excellent stay!
