The hotel is quite close to ikebukuro station and very convenient. It is also very clean.

Please be aware of no luggage storage service after check out. It is not convenient for people who have a depature airflight at night. We may need luggage storage service for a few hours. This hotel is the first one that no luggage storage service I have met.

Great location, very clean, staff were professional. Rooms were quiet, I liked that you could open the window for fresh air if needed.

We tried to check in 1 room early but was not able to as they only allowed us to check in all 3 rooms at the same time. Not a huge problem but would have been nice to have that flexibility.

superb location, very close to all amenities, Seibu and Tobu Parco big shopping centres, lots of restaurants, plenty of choices. If you are planning to go to Naeba snow resort and travel on SEIBU inter-city bus (like we did) here is an excellent choice! The bus stop and information centre is within 1 minute walking distance. It is also super close to Ikebukuro train station / Seibu / JR / KK line, love this central location! The nearest exit on the google map is 40, but it has lots of stairs, it is easier to go out at any east exit and then look for the AOKI (blue background white print) building then turn into the side street, find 7-11, it is 1st floor of this hotel.

We are a family of 3, I chose the biggest room size which is 18sqm, it is ok if you do not have much luggage though.

We loved the facilities and the staff's hospitality towards us. The breakfast buffet is a must add on! Good way to start the day

We would appreciate a bigger room for the same cost as we were staying for more than a week and would have appreciated some more furniture but it's really comfy and we had a fun time here still

I haven’t stayed in any hotel in Japan that doesn’t allow luggage storage after check out. I appreciate this is an economic hotel however this made it very inconvenient for us.

The hotel breakfast was delicious. The location was central to many great dining and shopping options, including a 7-Eleven right next door. It was easy to travel to many Tokyo tourist spots using this hotel as our base.

Room was well decorated, but very small. It was fine for us because we were traveling as two couples in two rooms, but we couldn't spend any time in the rooms as a group. The mattress was quite firm and uncomfortable when one spends their whole day walking. The restaurant was convenient and well-decorated, but prices were high relative to other nearby places to eat.

Perfect location !! so close to Ikebukuro Station - from there you can reach anything !

Location! Location! Location! The hotel is close to Ikebukuro station in a street in the entertainment/shopping area. The ground floor is a convenience store which makes it, well, very convenient. I’m not sure when this hotel was constructed but it feels super new (August 2022). The bathroom fittings are stylish and modern. The staff were polite, efficient and very kind.

Nothing really. It was great. I would have a liked a small refrigerator in the room. I was confused as to why the ground coffee was given as “a present” at the reception. I would have thought that both were standard issue in hotels but I guess they figured out that modern guests rarely use them. These are just minor quibbles. There was nothing wrong with this hotel.

We loved the overall ambience and facilities of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is really good and you should opt for it while booking the room if you would like to have a good meal before you leave for a long day of sightseeing

The room is small for two people especially if you are coming with two pieces of luggage and are staying for a week. Otherwise the room and it's facilities are good
