Fantastic hotel with friendly & helpful staff, nice clean rooms, and good amenities including onsite coin laundry. I loved that eco-friendly service was a priority with cleanings not happening every day! Well-positioned in a lovely quiet street despite being close to busy Ikebukuro Station, plus lots of convenience stores and eateries nearby. A huge thank you to the staff here- I enjoyed my stay and look forward to visiting again one day!

No criticisms of note. Room was small but that was expected from a business hotel- and was perfectly suitable for solo travel!

As someone who has been to Tokyo before and knows their way around the city this hotel was the perfect choice, because I knew I like spending most of my time in Ikebukuro. The hotel is only 3 walking minutes away from Sunshine City and less than 10 minutes away from Ikebukuro station, which can pretty much get you anywhere in Tokyo. There‘s also a lot of convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The staff was very friendly and throughly explained things about the hotel such as the cleaning system and the amenities. As can be expected from the biggest city in the world, the room was rather small compared to what one is usually used to, but I didn’t mind since I was out and about all day. I had everything I would need in a hotel room, it was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable! I would definitely come back!

you could not ask for a better location, right next to busy Ikebukuro but fair enough away from the hustle and bustle that it’s actually quite peaceful. The staff were so helpful and friendly with every query . laundry facilities really came in useful and my room came with a fridge so I found keep drinks and snacks cool etc . there is a restaurant in the lobby selling drinks and snacks till late but also close to several convenience stores for anything else . a lot of complimentary items were also available to guests , everything from a spare toothbrush to bath soaks , very generous and useful for someone is trying to pack light like I was !

Hotel is great for its location (walkable without luggage to/from Ikekuburo station, lots of shopping and restaurants including convenience stores, very helpful staff especially luggage storage, generous amenities/skincare products). Spacious common area on ground floor for work or lounging, free water dispenser and microwave oven to heat food. Frontdesk readily provides paper plates, plastic spoons/forks upon request. Three washer and dryers on ground floor. Quiet and safe neighbourhood.

Superior Double room was too small and felt claustrophobic for two on a week-long stay. Room's tiny window looked into a small dusty space with pipe. Aircon in room was erratic, felt warm in early hours of morning. Pillow too soft.

Value can't be beat. Air conditioning was super cool especially during the summer. Staff was friendly and spoke English well. Enjoyed the proximity to shopping and restaurants. Double bed slept two people comfortably. Overall , our stay was great.

Room cleaning only occurs every three days, so for our six night stay, it was only cleaned once. Would've liked to have the room cleaned at least twice during the stay. Ikebukuro station was a 15 minute walk.

Location is good; 10-15 mins brisk walk to Ikekuburo station without big luggages, 3 mins walk to Toyota car rental and chockful of convenience stores, malls (many BIC Cameras, Uniqlos and Muijis) and good restaurants nearby. The hotel staff, whether frontdesk or housekeeping, are polite and very helpful. Hotel readily keeps your luggage in between your trips out of Tokyo. Stayed in three room types in this hotel for my extended stay in Tokyo - Deluxe Twin, Standard Twin and Superior Double. Deluxe Twin is the most spacious and comfortable for two for longer stay. Although room windows are small, the views make the room liveable. Hotel provides lots of skincare products. If taking Willer express bus to/from Narita airport, it is too far and inconvenient to walk from the pickup and drop-off points west of Ikekuburo station to the hotel. Take a taxi instead, for about 1,500 yen

The room I stayed in was dusty when I moved in. Pillows were too soft, even when sleeping on 2 pillows. It would be great if there are English news channels on TV.

Good location - Ikekuburo and Higashi-Ikekuburo stations are 10 mins brisk walk away. Toyota car rental is just 3 mins away. Several 24/7 stores nearby. Chockful of malls and restaurants around. Friendly and helpful frontdesk and housekeeping staff; store your luggage during your short trips out of Tokyo, hail taxis, send parcels through EMS, help with vacuum packing. Free sachets of skincare products, and cold water in ground-floor pantry.

Pillow was too soft. Air-conditioning was erratic, often felt warm in the middle of night. Room is small and could be claustrophobic especially for long stay and if window has no view.

the location is perfect and close to the metro station

the sound proof settings are not good enough and can hear voices from neighbours at night

The hotel is located in a quiet street 10 min from a subway station. It is easy to be confused with another hotel also named Hotel Wing closely located with this one. Our room was small but good equipped, at the reseption there is a choice of free skin care products, tea, coffee etc. available every day which was very nice.

The window in our room faced the next building's wall, besides the window was dirty, so the room was quite dark.

The beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was larger than expected with a heated mirror to prevent fog and fantastic bidet style toilet. They offered room service but we never took advantage since the hotel is so close to a lot of very good food.

The washers are very small, and the dryers took a very long time to dry our clothes. This is probably more to do with not understanding the limitations of japanese dryers on our part though.
