The rooms was really well kept and cleaned, didn´t have any issues with the room or with the staff. And the staff spoke English. The breakfast was always so delicious, every day something new will be added and the usual would still be there. the location was extremely nice and convenient, train station, stores and fast food places were all so close by.

I know I should have asked, but the little digital clock/light switch on the bed frame, when everything has been turned off, a slight buzzing sound can be heard. For a light sleeper, it made it impossible for me to sleep in peace. The time when the cleaning staff starts to clean the room is weirdly early.

The location is fantastic. There's a lot of restaurants, convenience stores and shops right around the corner and Ikebukuro station is pretty close, too. From there, you can easily access most of Tokyo and its sightseeing spots.

The wifi isn't password protected, so it is pretty weak. It was probably accessible around half the time I spent in the hotel room, but even then watching videos wasn't possible. There's internet cafés close by, but you'd have to pay for them. That was the only downside for me, though.

If you love anime, this hotel is the best choice. It's on a street next to Animate and more anime shops. There are also a lot of game centers and themed cafes nearby. Front desk is 24 hours, can speak english well, and will help you as they can. You can also catch the cleaners at 10AM to request for new towels. Ikebukuro station and Sunshine City Prince hotel ( for Narita Airport Limousine Bus ) is also within a few minutes walk.

Returning the key whenever you go out is a bit of a hassle but it's bearable and does not take much time since they have multiple staffs to assist. I was just kinda embarrass though because I need to return to my room multiple times due to a lot of shopping.

I’ve been staying here every year and the hotel staff are always nice and friendly. Their facilities are also excellent for the price. I would recommend this hotel for solo or even for group travelers. The location is near the station and a lot of restaurants and shops nearby.

About breakfast, comparing last year quality of foods was not good. I do not know what happened to it. Maybe chef was changed??? So, this time i reserved without breakfast. Last year i stayed twice alone. This time i stay with my two boys. Our room is excellent than single.

I wanted to have toner and moisturizer. But it is ok. It is very sustainable they prepare all supplies in the lobby.

Breakfast was very good, food quality and ambience was good. Great care was taken by staff about Covid regulations like they were ensuring wearing mask and hand gloves by every guest.

Honestly there was nothing unlike. Everything was good - staff was very cooperative, cleanliness was properly monitored. I was impressed. Nothing to dislike.

for me perfect hotel. location is good. very clean and safety. every staff is very kind. i like tako yaki in front of the hotel. there are movie theaters next next door and 100 yen store, drug store, UNQL. Really convenience.

i don’t like key deposit, i have to give the hotel whenever i go out.

The location was perfectly located by Sunshine 60 Dori and the price was really cheap! I also like how you had to turn in the key every time you went out, I didn’t have to worry about losing it.

The bathroom in my room could’ve been a bit cleaner. In the end I didn’t mind but that’s because I decided not to look too closely.

The staff were really friendly and aimed to be as accommodating as possible.

The room was too small to be able to have my suitcase open on the floor, which was quite annoying. It would've been nice if the hotel could accommodate a slightly earlier check-in time without charging a fee.
