Superior twin is very spacious. We're surprised to have our own living room. The water in bathroom is strong and heated quickly. Staffs are all welcoming and friendly. Breakfast is very delious and special. Quite a range to choose from. It's not that far from Sanmiyano to hotel. The distance is quite acceptable even with heavy luggage.

Facility is quite old and the style is outdated. But they're going to renovate recently. The matteres is to soft and lack of support. The light in the room is deem.

Everything was as one would expect from a 4-star hotel. Spacious, clean rooms with great bathroom products to use. The breakfast was also superb; a buffet full of everything you’d expect with constant refills. They were very well organised, also take good care of the hygiene measures in the breakfast room. There were also umbrellas left to use on rainy days, which saved me one day. There were signs in the room that one could use indicating that the room does not require cleaning, which was nice. The location is also quite good; between the bullet train station and the heart of the city.

There was only one problem: my sweater disappeared from the room after I came back one day. They had cleaned up the room but my sweater which I had left on the the bed wasn’t there anymore. I think it was mistakenly taken away with the bed sheets as it had a light similar colour. I did ask the receptionist but she couldn’t speak English very well and after some explanation, she was only apologetic and that didn’t help me find my sweater.

1. Staff can speak fluent English. We stored our luggage there before check-in and they helped to put them directly into our room, which is very thoughtful! 2. Breakfast is highly recommended. You should definitely tive it a try! Everything's elegant and the french toast is amazing. 3. About 8-10 minutes walk from JR station, not that close but it's still a nice location. 4. There are 3 convenience store nearby, easy to get something as snacks.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable. There is a working table with a chair and a coffee table with two chairs in the room so that one can work and have coffee breaks in the room.

The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very poor. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, which can be annoying during long stays.

Room was very clean and nicely laid out. Beds were more or less comfortable (by Japanese standards). Room was quiet, and everything worked as expected. Breakfast was great, very enjoyable experience. You can tell that the Chef and his team put a lot of effort into offering what has to be the best breakfast buffet in Kobe!

breakfast was expensive but absolutely amazing! constantly refreshed. Bed enormous & very comfortable. Room lovely. Little English but staff VERY helpful. Excellent location. Very quiet. Could walk to Sannomiya station & also rope way. Couldn’t fault it & wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

I had a late check-in, so luckily I got an upgrade to the suite, which is really great. I chose this hotel because the breakfast is very famous. It is indeed one of the best I've had in Japan at this price range (under 10,000JPY per night per person). It lacks the variety I was expecting, but the taste is very good.

I love bread, cereal and juice, so I was a bit disappointed at the variety of breakfast here, which is often voted as the No.1 hotel breakfast in Japan. But the dishes they do offer are delicious, so I was able to enjoy my meal.

- Hotel should disclose that the entire hotel doesn't have individual control on air conditioning for each room. It was hotter than expected. - Location is not close to any of the eating venues

From the online booking, check in, diligent and support of the Staff, check out... But, most importantly, the room was spacious, cozy and had all the amenities of a hotel should have...The location very close the station, with restaurants and stores around...

Excellent service allowing bag drop off hours before checkin time - perfect for rail travellers arriving in the morning. Close to Kobe and Shin-Kobe stations, restaurants etc and only 15 minutes walk from Kobe Harborland. Huge room for 4 people with comfortable beds.
