Super convenient location with tonnes of small shops and stores around and plenty of food. Loved walking around the neighbourhood and wished we had more time to explore more in the area! Close to attractions and malls.

Room walls were a little thin and ceiling height was low. No mirror in bedroom, only in the bathroom.

Second time I go to this hotel, and it was very great. The staff listened my requests again, the room is big and very comfortable, the hotel is close to Sannomiya station but very quiet, and there are all the facilities (iron, washing machine and dryer) for business closes. I love the shower room.

The hotel is a clean and modern part of an otherwise "dirty" part of Kobe. Can't fault the hotel for the general atmosphere outside on the street, so this hotel scores higher than the score I would give Kobe as a whole (or at least this area of Kobe). Staff was very nice and the dining lounge was nice with complementary coffee and places to seat and work or eat food you purchased and brought back to the hotel. There's a Donki right across the street and we were walking distance from Sannomiya Station Bus Terminal, which we used to get to Awaji Island.

Hotel was great overall, the Sannomiya area of Kobe was just not our cup of tea.

Fantastic location, literally seconds from some excellent restaurants and a couple minutes from the main shopping area. Solid breakfast every morning and lovely staff. Helped us several times with issues where we lost items. Bathroom was a good size and beds were comfortable. Glad we went for the slightly larger room with a small bench. Fast internet. It was nice to see when laundry was done using the room TV!

Wish it had more to its own restaurant. They just serve breakfast, curry at lunch, and drinks at night. While the room was comfortable, it really is a tight squeeze if you have several suitcases. The price is right but you don't get a lot of wiggle room.

Hotel is located in the centre, most attractions and restaurants are nearby. The room was spacious enough, quiet, clean. Laundry and a (small) gym are in the hotel. Nespresso coffee machine that can be used all day! Moreover, free ice cream every evening from 8-10pm.

Staff could smile a bit more (was a bit surprising compared to what we experienced in other Japanese hotels), but they are always eager to help. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special, and items were sometimes missing or not replenished.

Location right next to Sannomiya Station and in the middle of everything. The hotels appearance, inside and out, was great. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. All the free ameneties you could need, very pleasant stay overall.

PPPN Sur-charge is high at hotel, double the price than it would be on booking(d)com. Sadly had to pay it for all the nights due to booking one room as single occupancy by mistake. The communication with the hotel staff in English was complicated at times.

My husband and I had to work remote during our trip and couldn’t have asked for a better hotel - the room had a large table with outlets and seats on each side. The room was spacious for Japanese standards and the bathroom/shower was beautiful. Location was very convenient, close to two train stations and near all the major restaurants.

They charged us 1000 yen just to check in 1 hour early.

I stayed in 3 Royal Park Canvas hotels during my honeymoon (Osaka, Kobe & Kyoto) and the Kobe one was the best. Apart from the honeymoon surprise chocolates placed in the room, they were able to meet my request for a high floor that had a nice view of the hills. There was also a nice "service special" in the lounge from 9-11pm (I think) with free unlimited croffles and they were super yummy. This is also the only outlet among the 3 that provided a Kobe exclusive honey tea. 2 Thumbs up.

Location was abit of a walk from the nearest train station and it wasn't easy doing that with a big luggage.

Short distance from the Sannomyia train and subway stations, close to the centre of this very lively neighbourhood with its many restaurants. The hotel is trendy, the room not big but immaculate and with an efficient design that accommodates for all needs. The japanese bathroom concept adds well. Nice touch are the "amenities bar" and the coffee and tea available 24/7in the lobby area, as well as a free "waffle" event open for guests for 2 hours every night. The breakfast buffet caters for all dietary needs and tastes. Staff very efficient and kind to store our large luggage pieces for 24 hours as we travelled to Arima Onsen - they were already in our newly assigned room as we returned.

Nothing, the hotel delivers a very straight forward, "no frills" experience.

Excellent location, lively nearby. Room is spacious enough to open two suitcases. It's good to separate toilet and bathing place. Appreciate has Youtube on TV.

Bought one morning breakfast, only good is the coffee, the female staff made for me was nice. However, when we entered at 9:00am, already empty in many trays. Only refill for one or two after waiting. Also no water bottles in room, need to request every night in counter, a bit annoying.
