Location is very close to the main station (but not the Shinkansen station), many shops and facilities. There is a 7/11 convenience store almost opposite. Our De Luxe twin room was large and very pleasant, with a large window and natural light. Worth the extra payment if you have a longer stay to get the space.comfy hote

The breakfast is more suited to Japanese travellers - generous and lots of variety but not many choices for western tastes. There is no bar at the hotel, and no restaurant for lunch or dinner, though there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Good location 3 blocks from main station, 3 blocks from Chinatown, across the street from a large 7-Eleven. Everything in room worked perfectly. Front desk was friendly and helpful, but little English. Room was super clean and nicely refreshed daily.

Bed was too hard. Breakfast was not good for most foreigners. The one western item, besides corn flakes, was watery, undercooked scrambled eggs . Bread was tasteless. We lived in Japan for 8 years and ordinarily we like Japanese breakfasts. But not this one. Service was good.

The hotel has everything you need. The room was on the small side but was comfortable and had all the amenities. It was a quick walk to the local subway which makes travelling easy. It was also a short walk to all the restaurants which made it an ideal place to stay.

The hotel is located very close to the main Sannomiya station. I traveled for work and stayed for 3 nights. It was an amazing stay with all the facilities and an excellent breakfast. Highly recommend.

The breakfast menu was the same for three days. I think it will be much better if the breakfast menu can be changed every day. However, I have no complaints about the quality of the food!

The best point was the location. It is right in the center of the city, with quick access to all the main entertainment streets (restaurant, bars, karaoke, etc.) For the price they ask for, it is incredibly good. Also, the reception was quick and nice, as well as the comfort of the room. The detail of free water bottles in the hotel lobby was great.

It has decent facilities for remote work. The wifi is stable and easy to connect, has multiple coin laundry, and vending machine. It's also strategically located near Sannomiya station.

Chair is not that comfortable for working, which is to be expected. Double bed might be relatively small, depends on your body size. It could be crowded on checkout time. Might be better if checkout box is provided.

The TV set was good and you can cast from your own device.

It smelled moldy in our twin room when we were on 16th floor, but the smell was gone when we switched to a standard double room on 18th floor. There are bus stations nearby but we probably made use of the trains more which are a bit farther away.

The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was very comfortable. The bed, despite being for a single, was plenty large, and the chairs/desk in the room made for a nice little work station.

The place is not soundproof, so if people outside the room bother you, bring earplugs. The fridge is also very small--just big enough for a couple of drinks--so be prepared not to be able to store too much if you prefer to eat in the hotel room.

The hotel is across the street from the subway station which helps me move around, as I take trains a lot. So well stocked that it even provides facemask if you forget to bring along your own. Staff is super friendly!
