Mr Isaka, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There was also another male staff who helped us order a taxi to Arima Onsen on 27/12 4pm and he was also very kind. We didn't get his name. The stay was great!

onset operating period (5-9am, 7-11pm) is too short so that customer have no choice but squeeze in during the period and always crowded. Suggest 7pm-1am

clean and welcoming staff whom assisted with my request to send my luggages to the chain hotel in Osaka. check in and out is a breeze within 5 mins though strict check in time. Love the fact that they have an app to monitor the crowd at hot bath and allow me to enjoy the hot bath. large space for a double bedroom where it allows me to open up 2 luggages fully. Train station is of walking distance and many dining options surrounding the hotel and our favorite Ichiran ramen is just a walking distance away.

Very enjoyable stay, lovely hotel. Nice sized room, very clean, comfortable beds with 2 pillows per person! The sauna/bath is wonderful, and free for guests. Great showers. 10-min walk to Motomachi and Sannomiya stations. The KIX Limousine Bus drops at Sannomiya - great for trips to airport. Great location, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Highly recommend BrewPub Starboard- great local craft beer!

thé public bath was extraordinary! the place was very clean and the people sharing the space were very respectful and courteous. I loved the fact that they provide both very hot and cold plunge pools. they were invigorating and restoring. the beds were super comfortable — firm and supportive. this hotel was supposed to be just a transit hotel but ended up being one of my favorite stays in Japan!

Honesty. I like to stay in your hotel. Unfortunately, I left a Suica card and request to return by airmail. Your hotel ask for ¥1400 for overseas mailing and requested by bank TT transfer.... bank charges cost ¥3000, not worth to do so. But I need this Suica Card, still thinking how to get it back. Can you send to my friend who leaving in Japan?

The location is gorgeous, just a few minutes from Kobe-Sannomiya Station. In case and you need to reach the Shin-kobe Station you cam use the subway line as well. The variety of food during the breakfast was amazing! Beautiful onsen on-site, worse to use it!

Rooms are spacious enough. Child friendly. The common bath is comfortable. Good location to enjoy summer festivals and fireworks. Free coffee service was nice.

Few coin-laundromats, which are crowded at certain times of the day. Only two elevators, which are crowded too.

The location was near the station and I loved that there was a spa facility! I also liked that the amenities were eco friendly.

I didn’t like that the king room had 2 beds pushed together instead of a king bed. This creates a bump in the middle of the bed.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Kobe. Close to the shopping strip, and very close to both Motomachi and Sannomiya stations.

Too strict on check-in I arrived at 2pm and still didnt bother checking us in. Insisted on 3pm.
