The hotel was very cozy and clean. There was room cleaning every day which i liked. The location is one minute away from metro station and if you are a group of people you can even try taxi as it is almost same price. The amenities at the lobby was very attractive; there was even hair oil:)

There is a problem at breakfast service. The breakfast is very delicious but the serving time is late. We tried twice and we never had the 3 dishes at same time hence we had to wait for each other. However we could not find a good place for breakfast nearby and had to go to starbucks which we do not prefer a lot abroad.

We booked for 4 people. 2 of those people were our children. Apparently children don’t fall into the category of normal guests, because the “breakfast included” is only for adults and the room had 2 small beds which needed to fit 2 adults and 2 children 😳. It was next to impossible to sleep with such little space. Since children need to pay for breakfast separately, we decided to test the breakfast options before committing to the unexpected extra cost. We found that breakfast was very limited and forget about gluten or lactose free options. So our kids got a proper breakfasts in other establishments for the duration of our stay.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close by a Starbucks and multiple convenience stores. There are two train stations close by the hotel 2 min and 10 mins walk respectively. When checking out, reception staff were incredibly helpful in sending my luggage to my next hotel. They called the hotel to double check my reservation and to get the correct details to send luggage. They filled out the luggage form for me and found a loop hole to get a cheaper price. I think the receptionist staff name was suguchiwa or close to that.

The location and the bed were super comfortable.

The bathroom door and the sink were too close too each other in the second floor. The door got in the way quite a lot.

The room was nice and had a little couch. It was laid out well, and they had a lot of amenities to pull from the bar below including Epsom salts! They let us borrow umbrellas because there was an unexpected downpour. They have very friendly staff that even if they do not know English, they have pocket translators. They also do Yamato luggage delivery, but just make sure you have cash handy for your luggage payment and they will also help you out with filling out the paperwork. Great location near train stations, a Starbucks and two 7-11s if you're thinking of early breakfast to go, an ATM at the convenience store or for cheap food. They also have a cool kissaten attached to it in case you want convenient food.

We liked the location of the hotel, which is close to 2 metro stations and only a 20 minutes walk from the Osaka castle. The breakfast was at the coffee at the hotel and even tough the choice was limited to 8 meals it was delicious. The room was comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a laundry, that can be used by all of the quests for a very reasonable price.

It was hard to set the room temperature from the AC control panel. The staff was very helpful, but they were a little worried, to speak in English.

- 5mins walk to Sakaisuji Hommachi station (Sakaisuji line), very convenient! - not far from the famous Dotonbori and Osaka Castle, just need to learn the train routes - check-in was pleasant, we can keep our luggage there as we came slightly earlier - breakfast at Coffee-Kan (next door) was very nice! - plenty of convenient stores nearby, mainly 7-eleven and Lawson - the wifi was extremely fast - we asked for help of directions and staffs were very friendly and helpful! - staffs guided us when we could not translate the website that uses full Japanese language Arigatou gozaimasu!

This was definitely a high quality hotel from start to finish. Check in was smooth. The lobby, elevator and hotel floors were spacious, clean and modern. The rooms was very spacious for value. We were able to fit 5 suitcases. Bathroom facilities were excellent with everything included. Washing machine facilities were great. Close to cafes, restaurant and 7/11 and Starbucks just a couple minutes down. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Hotel wasn’t able to call a taxi for us so we had to wave them down from the street.

Room was lovely, bigger than a lot of places in Japan, room for a couple with two big suitcases. Liked that the toilet, shower and sink are all separate. Location is good not great, walking distance to Dotonburi etc, easy enough to get to Osaka and Shin-Osaka stations, about a 10 minute walk to Hommachi station. Staff were all lovely and no noise issues at all

Bathtub was super small, but we are on the taller side. Couldn’t get the screen mirroring to work with Netflix

there was not a good hot water circulation for the sink to wash hands
