The location is perfect, I only need to walk less than 10 minuties to get to the railway station. The room is really big, which is able to contain three open luggages. The condition in the room is really nice and clean, and it has microwave to heat food, which makes me raelly satisfied.

the only thing I don't like is that there is no elevator, even though its floor is not so high.

Very clean and comfortable honestly. Location was good and I thought it was fair for the price. There’s no staff in the building, but they reply really fast and made the instructions very clear. They usually reply within 30 mins

Having no staff was fairly new to me, but it’s because I was used to staying in hotels and not apartments. It’s not their fault, but I’m just giving a heads up to future guests.

Clean and quite. The place was near the station and shopping area. Also if you love to walk it’s only a walking area of the Osaka castle and other tourist destination area.

* The washer and dryer. Even though we had to pay. * refrigerator. * The cleaning products for body and room.* the quality of internet. * Location wasn't bad at all. * The sofa and the lil table were nice. * The blankets were very nice.

Normally extra towels aren't an additional charge. That is actually one thing I look for when I travel and for the amount of days that we were there only one set of towels is unhygienic, yes, there was a washer there but that also defeats the purpose of a vacation. Why would I want to waste money on washing towels when that money can be used towards snack or gifts. Additionally, there was a note that stated to leave our trash outside and they would come get it. Later that night when we came back to the room the trash was still there. I didn't like that we had to pay for the washer and dryer. I wasn't to comfortable with the q-card, with the rate of cyber attacks and hacking, but this could be circumvented with advertisement in the room stating what kind of cyber protection they had. There were no utensils ( but understandable because people steal )

Location was good. Shower and bathroom was very good. Excellent soap products and good water pressure.

The room has no daylight, feels like a depressing basement. There is zero storage, you have no place to store your suitcase or put away anything. The air conditioner is very loud and not powerful enough, it stayed at 22c making the room hot, stuffy and unbearable to sleep. The ‘kitchen’ is a waste of space. There is a microwave and fridge, but only a few cups are provided, not even spoons to stir your coffee.

Only price and location was fine. But the price was a discount from Genius, so honestly I’d say it was overpriced quite a bit.

Lack of staff. My fault for not researching, I just wasn’t prepared for this sort of experience. Lack of daily room service left the room feeling too cramped and dirty. We saw an old post too that said the hotel wasn’t properly decontaminated during the COVID shutdown so it left us concerned during the rest of the stay.
