We arrived before the check in time, hence we kept our luggage with Concierge, when we returned to hotel at night, our luggage had been taken to our room. The hotel has very nice onsen (with free ice cream) and served free noodle at night. The hotel is clean and within 3 minutes walking distance from Exit 4 of Tanimachiyonchome Station, there are around 50 steps to get out of the Station, as we have just 2 small luggage that this did not bother us at all. Tanimachiyonchome Station is 4 stops away from Tennoji Station and its only 5-8 minutes walk from the Hotel to Osaka Castle.

Only one pillow for each guest and the pillow is too flat that not comfortable.

I appreciate that free laundry was available. The breakfast was really tasty. The staff was also very helpful. It's also close to Osaka Castle and some metro stations, but no JR stations.

The beds were unusually hard. I can't speak about the hot springs, as I have a tattoo and that is explicitly not allowed. I wish private bookings were available.

Location: 3-5mins walk from nearest train station Facilities: Love the clean & well stocked Onsen. FOC noodles during supper time, ice cream as well as probiotics drinks at selected time. My children had a great time. FOC laundry (only pay for drying). FOC drinks at lobby. Breakfast: Excellent choices of variety.

Standard Japanese room size. Double bed is a little small for 2 adults.

The room was bigger than the other hotels, good for 2 people with big suitcases. The room is well-designed, enough space for 2 people to place stuff around the sink.

Very bad condensation. Every day we wiped twice - morning and night and the towels got very wet. We smelt bleach in the corridor, so the hotel knows the condensation and mold situation.

Dormy Inn is a consistently excellent chain, and the Osaka branch is particularly wonderful. Friendly and helpful staff, an excellent bathhouse, and an unbeatable location made our stay fantastic.

The pillows are a bit hard, but the front desk had no issue giving us an extra set of softer pillows the second we asked.

Breakfast was great mix of Japanese and Western Style. Free evening soup and drinks were really appreciated by the entire family. Hot Bath was nice as it had inside and outside bath.

Originally ordered double bed (1x120cm bed) room was way too small for the requested 2 adults. Paid a little extra to upgrade to twin (2 bed) bed room.

Staff was helpful. Ms. Yamamoto at the counter helped us with a smooth check in and provided all the information we needed. Thank you!

Breakfast was more Korean than Japanese.

We love Dormy Inn’s because they’re reasonably priced and offer the onsen/sauna in a hotel with a homely, friendly feel. We are happy to stay again.

Everything was exceptional. It was is clean. The service is excellent, and the staff are incredibly helpful. Thespa is open all night! Thank you for a fantastic stay.
