The staff was very friendly. The property is nearby the metro/subway so you don't have to worry much about public transportation. The shopping and food street is less than 200 meters. The hotel also provides a GYM facility and SPA ( open bath). Overall, it's a nice place to stay.

I got a different room than I originally booked and later they provided a big room but close to high so there is a lot of notice. The rooms are not soundproof so even if the room is not close to the highway there is still noise.

Room was very comfortable, especially the bed. Toilet was spacious as well, and bed was huge. Wifi was stable too. The lady that brought up chopsticks to my room was extremely polite and helpful too.

I tried to borrow a power adapter, but the entire hotel seemed to run out of it. Couldn't really understand some of the staff's english or japanese.

Very new, very clean, very nice room, size was nice, everything was quite good. I appreciate being able to stay in a good size room in a very nice hotel, all in all it was a great experience and I really enjoyed my trip.

Everything was really quite good, I can't think of a lot that could have been better. However the TV function was hard to figure out and I actually had to call the staff to come show me how to get to the TV. Lights were also not really intuitive.

Modern design, comfort, professionalism of staff, location. The room was spacious, and it was so nice to return after a long, stressful day. The bed was exceptional, and the nightshirt was great - I have not seen one for a long time!

The business centre, as we were not a gold member of the hotel chain, we had to pay to use the facility, which is fair, but did not have hot tea; only coffee or iced tea was available. The weather was getting cold and it would have been beautiful if they had nice English Breakfast available!!

I loved this hotel. The room is comfortable, a great size, and the shower/water pressure is so good! This location has a public bath within it which was super convenient, clean and a great way to try out the 'onsen' like experience. Very happy with the staff service and experience here.

Location was great for what I was looking for but it's not close to much on the 'must see list' -- still takes a bit of a trek to walk to some of the busier neighborhoods if thats what you're looking for. About 15-20 min walk to the main eating district (Dotonbori) -- probably for the best so you can walk off all the food you stuff your face with.

Excellent Location (above Sakaisuji-Hommachi station, Osaka Metro, Exit 8). Just at the outskirt of Shinsaibashi-Suji Shopping Street and near Dotonbori, Kuromon Market. Staff are well proficient in English. Check-in and Check-out are fast. Room and King-Bed(and pillows) are excellent (Air-con was adjustable). Wall sockets are all Japan-two-holes (No UK's). I got room 813 which was facing the expressway - No issue with the noise. Wi-Fi was excellent. Laundry room was DIY (300 yen to wash and Dryer was 100 yen for 15 mins, all coins). Gym is just Tap-your-card to enter. Breakfast was good (The food will be same unless they changed). One huge 7-Eleven nearby.

Surprised to see the bed in super king size, able to fit 2 adults and 1 kid. Cozy and modern design, looks nice and clean. Likes the design in small room able to store alot. Location is just next to train station, however it is not noisy at night.

No bath tub for my kid, but it is ok. There is public bath for onsen.

Very nice, property, super friendly staff, one of the best breakfasts we had over the last few weeks in Japan and that includes the Okura in Tokyo. Restaurant is underrated, too. They source their own produce organically.

No laundry service during golden week, which bis understandable but unfortunate big one is on the road. No collection of Bonvoy points when booked through Booking.com. Well, we will book directly henceforth …

The shower room was next to the bedroom and was clear glass, and the toilet was next to the shower also separated with a glass door so you couldn’t really use the toilet at the same time as someone showering if you weren’t comfortable to do so

Great hotel with nice decoration at a very good central location at Osaka. We tried the breakfast and it was really good with a lot of variety.

Even though the room was big there was not enough space for 2 big suitcases. Also there was no power adaptor in the room (for european type of sockets).
