Everything! This hotel is within walking distance of everything you could ever want. From the castle to the food areas. To the hitachi tower. I had breakfast at the castle every morning because of the ease of getting there this hotel provided. The staff were very kind. Very patient and understanding. Left my luggage with them. By the time I checked in, it was already waiting in my room The facilities were great! I had vouchers provided, and free drinks. But because I ate out, I didn't use them. However, I want to stay here again when I come back to osaka. For me, this is the place to go! Its 5 stars. So hopefully when I know more japanese, I will be able to use more of the bar and restaurant facilities ありがとございます

This place was flawless!!

Great hotel, feels super cosy, staff incredibly nice. They have an amenities bar with face masks and nice cosmetics which was amazing for a little pamper session. 7/11 close by of course to get snacks, but the hotel also has a great bar and they serve free beer for an hour every afternoon. When asked for directions to the airport staff was very helpful. Multiple train stations close by as well as good restaurants. Super easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go. Calm/welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Also offer an eco friendly cleaning schedule and you get drink/food vouchers if you opt for that which we enjoyed because we don't need someone to vacuum every day. Also fit both our suitcases open on the floor and we could still walk around them, so great space in the rooms.

The room was a good size - large by Japan standards Bed was comfortable Room was very clean Great shower Lots of small cafes and restaurants within walking distance. Mostly Japanese menus, waiters, etc but thankfully there is Google Translate Convenience stores all nearby Walking distance to metro/ subway station

Reception is located on the 2nd floor and is just underwhelming. Manned by young personnel - gives the impression that this is one of those trainee hotels (?) Similarly the front desk staff were underwhelming - I did not find them helpful or welcoming Very strict on check in time and reminded about the check out time again and again and again And reminded on the additional costs should we be a minute late from checking out!

This property has an amazing vibe and is well situated in a quiet section of Osaka but still close to all of the major attractions that you would want to visit. The metro (train) station is within a 5 minute walk and there is a 7/11 close by. The room we had, a Premier King was very good in its size with a massive bed that would easily fit four people. The breakfast options are good but if you’re there for more than a couple of days, the rotation isn’t interesting as there are only four items to choose. I would suggest having a mini buffet with cereal, toast and fruit, these four dishes could then be ordered on top if desired.

This property has so much potential yet it just doesn’t quite hit the mark in terms of the vibe it’s trying to project. There is a great DJ and lounge downstairs which is great but it’s in the entry foyer and we were there five days, not really noticing that many people actually attended. There is a bar and rooftop which I think if the DJ were relocated upstairs, along with the happy hour which runs during the week, it would be much better. We went to the bar once for drinks but not many people were there which is a shame as there is a pretty good view.

Great spacious room with comfortable bed. Staff were friendly. Lots of little spaces to hang out beside the room. Free tea/coffee most of the time. Great location near station and 7 eleven. I would stay again.

On the 12th floor We could hear thudding noise through the night from the bar on the 14th floor above at the front of the building. Our toilet room really needed a deep clean as there was an odour in the room. They’ll offer you 500yen per night to skip housekeeping but will still replace your towels daily. But you’ll miss the daily free water bottle replenshing and only towels get replaced- not floor mats. Go for it if you’re an eco warrior. Sadly the Free Coffee machine was out of order the 5 nights of our stay.

The hotel looks very nice and is comfortable. We loved that it had a separate toilet for this size room. Great shared area on the second floor. Restaurant was nice in the evening.

The breakfast I didn’t like so much. Would prefer a buffet or a menu with more choices. I think it was like 3 options? There was a door to the outside, in the restaurant (not the main entrance), where people came in and out. Which made it cold inside. The bed was too small for us. But that’s just a personal preference maybe. I think the hotel focuses on young people and therefore the music was a bit hyped up in the shared areas and I prefer a bit calmer music, so it’s more suitable for all types of people and things they’re using the areas for.

The hotel is very modern and sleek. From the outside, it just looks like a cool pub! They've made check-in/out very smooth and easy. They also offer some services such as free beer every evening, free workspace, and a cool rooftop bar that other hotels do not have. The guests are mainly young people, mainly westerners. The hotel is very close to a subway station; however, it requires one change to reach the main shopping street. Nonetheless, it's also within a 30-minute walking distance. The room itself is compact but very well thought out. It's sparkling clean as well! We opted out of daily cleaning service and received coupons for food, which is also very nice.

A modern hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. The rooms are a little more spacious than many that we've come across on our Japan travels. Rooms are serviced daily (without request!!). There is a quiet room with 24 hour coffee and tea. Also free beer between 5:30pm and 6:30pm each night. We were in Osaka for 4 days but we were never back at the hotel in time to take advantage of that offer so can't comment on it any further. Metro station is only 2 minutes away and so access to everywhere in Osaka was straightforward. The hotel has a cocktail bar/ lounge on the top floor and also a rooftop seating area. The bar was very nice but it was a bit pricey compared to many other bars that we'd been in during our stay in Osaka.

The breakfast options at the hotel could do with developing a bit. Guests are allowed to choose one dish from 4 options on the menu. There did not appear to be any other cereals or other continental style options that you tend to get in many other hotels. The breakfasts are ok but are limited therefore. On top of that, on the 3rd morning of our stay (on a Thursday) it did not look like there were sufficient staff on at breakfast. The breakfast that I was given was nowhere near the standard that I'd had on the preceding two days. It was almost as though the kitchen was either running out of ingredients or it had just been rushed out. It didn't look like anyone really cared about what it looked like!! The other 3 days were fine though. It was just one day.

Modern decor. Intriguing lighting system in their restaurant. Modern furnishings in guest rooms. There was an interesting & efficient shade-blinds system in my room. Convenient bidet on their toilets. Observation & bar lounge on roof.

Hotel lobby, corridors, & rooms had dim lighting. If you have compromised vision this could be a disadvantage. On the last day of my stay I had an accident. I needed an extra 30 minutes to leave. But the front desk staff required that I leave by 11:00. In my rush to leave I forgot my charger. I only realized this when I to my hotel in Tokyo.

The hotel is in a nice location, it has subway and train station close by. The breakfast and the bar is nice, the bar has stairs to the rooftop also. You can rent items such as Dyson hairdryers, hair straighteners and other things which can help you travel lighter. They have a billiard table also. The communal space is nice and has a relaxing environment, its perfect if you wanna work or just relax.

The rooms didn’t had enough space to put our stuff. We travelled for couple suitcases, and there was no wardrobe or something where we can pack out our clothes to.
