Best honeymoon experience!! Thank you so much The room was very clean and big, with a comfortable bed. The hotel is new, with superb elevators and tasty breakfast. The staff is so kind, caring and warm! They helped us a lot with everything! The property itself is beautiful, there is a cafe downstairs and a great supermarket for everything you can think of. Very close to public transportation and metro, easy to navigate. The neighborhood itself is clean, modern and very safe. Love it love it love it! Best breakfast :) the gym is very very good, professional equipment and pool with jacuzzi, fun place to be at!! Thank you so much!!

The Onsen/hot bath and the free of charge massage chairs on the top floor are fabulous and a nice add to your stay.

The receptionist forgot to tell me that they locked up the hotel at 1am and this as a "city" hotel and on a weekend. There is no information about this in the information document you receive at check-in. I stayed out until 2am and had really stressful moments when the doors were closed. My room card was a bit bended and it could not get read. They could use a better card material. So, I walked twice to both hotel entrances for around 15 minutes in the middle of the night until the system was finally reading my room card. There is a bell button too, but only saw later.

I was surprised at the quality of this hotel. I am from the United States and for the price I paid, which was very low, I expected an average hotel experience. This hotel was on the upper side of the spectrum. It was extremely professional, high class, very beautiful to look at, very clean and quiet, and conveniently located. Upon leaving, the front desk staff even prepared a cab for me.

I have no complaints about this hotel. The location, price and staff were beyond my expectation. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Osaka.

It costs 2700 yen to use the gym every time. There's a gym 10 min walk away that charges 500yen.

Second Time at City Plaza. The things I like best are the spacious (probably the biggest I had in Japan to date) twin rooms with view at more than reasonable price and the roof SPA with view on the city. Good breakfast with a mix of traditional and western dishes.

The hotel is in the middle of an administrative area, with many offices but few turistic or nightlife attractions. Not a big issue because you can go everywhere with the metro.

Truly is a full service hotel, room is of normal size with is much bigger than most in Osaka and Tokyo. The staff brought our luggages to the room which is super nice. Breakfast is decent and with lots of variety. Onsen is really good and they have massage chairs as well.

It’s not so close to the station about 400-500 meters ways. Not many restaurants around there not the one that accept foreigners at least.

Best stay in Osaka in my experience: the hotel is a luxury hotel with a big SPA and pool on one of the highest floors. The room was the largest one I've ever stayed in Japan. The breakfast was served at the hotel restaurant with a large selection of traditional and european plates and many different free drinks. It has been one of the most comfortable stay in my travels. A place to remember.

Breakfast was excellent! We made appointments for the spa facility and it was good/easy. The Tulleys Coffee in the lobby was fantastic and we appreciated it being there. The customer service reps at the front desk were extremely helpful and amazing. They made our stay at the Plaza a great one!

Mattresses were very stiff and uncomfortable

The room was big enough for 3 people & space for our luggage We asked for more pillows & they were obliging Location is good, & convenience store at entrance.

Check in staff didnt speak much English Tiny pillow on each bed Big hotel & facilities were a little crowded at night time

Overall, we had a great experience; the staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to leave our luggage as we got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait for check in. So this was a big plus. The room was wonderful and clean. Would definitely return.
