Spacious, modern rooms with nice views of the Osaka cityscape come with a washer/dryer which was immensely helpful as we stayed here halfway through our 12 days Japan trip. It even comes with a small sink, hot plate, and microwave for simple cooking. All amenities refill were readily provided in the lobby when restock is needed. Location is very handy, 200m to Sakaisuji Hommachi station and 550m to Hommachi station. No issues with transport whatsoever. Convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and drug stores are all around the corner. Buffet breakfast is very reasonably priced although we didn't try it. Staff was very helpful in shipping our 2 suitcases to Tokyo. I can fairly say this is the best value for money accommodation out of the 6 we booked for our trip.

Operating the washing machine took some trial and error, but they provided a detailed manual so it just takes perseverance to finally have clean & dry clothes.

Fabulous room, big bath and wet room combined. Bed was comfortable. Room I booked was large on floor 17.

Crap view, fridge tiny, check in was on floor 18 which was odd. Staff were okay but not the usual Japanese courteous attitude.

The hotel location is perfect near the station and also next door there is a place for breakfast so other choices other than the hotel. We also enjoyed walking about three blocks to a beautiful business main street where there was a Starbucks and we would sit and watch the people passing by. We loved Osaka, the hotel staff, the people we met. The hotel was perfect for our stay there at a reasonable price. We also loved that when you placed your card it would automatically mark your floor. Beautiful views as well.

I cannot think of anything that could have been better. We were also happy that we had left our luggage waiting to go into our room and the luggage had been taken up to our room when we returned for the checkin time.

We were delighted with the location of Tokyo Stay Osaka, so close to the subway which enabled us to get easily and cheaply to all parts of Osaka. There was a really friendly welcome and efficient check in and out, with help with our stored luggage. There were lots of additional items at reception and a small matter in our room was sorted out quickly by maintainable. The rooms were quite large by Japanese standards. Overall, a great stay.

Nothing to dislike really...a reception at ground level is perhaps more convenient for guests but the lifts were excellent and the reception staff delightful.

The window in my room could not be opened so the staff immediately moved me to another room, with a window that could be opened, after asking about it. They were very fast and polite about it. The room was specious enough to easily allow for 2 trollers. The washer with dryer in the room was excellent, extremely useful (only available on certain room types). Found it a bit weird that the front desk is at the last floor, because you always needed to go up to get amenities. But definitely not a deal breaker. Automatic check-out is also a plus.

Is a simple business hotel, the rooms are small as you would expect from a Japanese bussisness hotel, the pillows are not great, I got upgraded to a room with washing machine with was awesome, my room also had a small desk, the hotel does not have a restaurant perse, you can have breakfast in the top floor but the area is shared with co working space but fear not the breakfast is good, the hotel have washing machines for rent and vending machines. Ps: the internet is very fast

The room was incredibly spacious for one of the standard size rooms. We had such a comfortable stay at this lovely hotel. The entire property is clean and very modern. Bed was so comfortable to return to at the end of our days. The staff was kind and helpful, making it very foreigner friendly. Booking, checking in, and checking out was such an easy process. The storage lockers on the first floor was so helpful as well. Staying at this hotel makes me realize that hotels can a much better experience than staying at airbnbs. It would be helpful to have an information card in the room for the washing machine but we figured it out with Google translate 😅

This was the final hotel I stayed in during my trip, and it was a really nice one to relax in. It's close to major transit stations in the area and the in-room washing machine/dryer were incredibly helpful to get ready before my flight back home. I really loved the layout of the lobby and the share lounge idea (even though I didn't get to utilize it with my limited visit, it was a nice atmosphere). Breakfast was delicious, too!

The rooms are kind of small, but that's fairly typical for Japan. I also wish that there was a more secure luggage storage after checkout; I put my bags in the room on the ground level, and they are locked, but they're not "lockers" per se (just a cord that locks around your bags). I would have felt better with actual lockers that kept my luggage out of sight. But my bags were totally fine when I picked them up, so I had no issues in the end.

Comfortable and big bed. The room was soundproof, we had no inconvenience. we were on the 16th floor room 7 (that especially helped). enough space for 1 large suitcase and 2 small ones (which easily fits under the bed). good air conditioning, microwave and small refrigerator (no freezer). walking distance from major shopping street in dotonbori and close to many metro stops.

they clean once a week, which in itself was not a problem. only not all trash cans were emptied and our hotel sleeping clothes were missing after cleaning (reported this to reception and immediately received a new set). the clothing press works minimally. the washer-dryer combination was a disaster, the instructions with the machine were and wash function where great, only the drying function was very slow and did not dry clothes properly. After drying 3 times and 8 hours further, it was finally wearable.

The Tokyu STAY hotels have impeccable standards. We have stayed in their Tokyo and Kanazawa locations, and this one in Osaka is no exception. It was wonderful. They have great rooms with comfortable beds, and the washing machine was great. There's the Hommachi metro station close by, which will connect directly with Shin-Osaka station and Umeda. Dotonburi is also walkable. It'll take about 20 minutes, but there are so many interesting shops, bars and eateries to look at along the way. We didn't have the breakfast, but it looked amazing as the breakfast room is on the 18th floor with a great view of the city.
