Buffer Breakfast was very good. Spa has many different areas indoor/ outdoor and you can enjoy all night. Swimming pool in outside has great view in front of Tutenkaku. It was hot enough in cold day. Good location to walk around to find food, drinks near Tutenkaku.

Main building rooms are only smoking rooms. We don’t smoke so concerned about it. The guests who stayed in main building has no private shower in the room and there is no facilities/ access to private shower box. I hope there is one private shower box for some people who has health issues. The facility is not foreigner friendly and not enough signs for foreigners. You must be naked in Spa area and need 100yen coin to use locker but we didn’t have any explanation about it. So we must go back to room to bring 100yen. This 100 yen coin will be back later. Slides in the Swimming pool cost 500 yen per ride per person. They didn’t allow us to keep luggages after check out.

The room size was great - much bigger than we were expecting The property was very close to multiple train stations, both metro and JR Felt like a bit more of a ‘traditional Japanese’ stay as opposed to a regular hotel The breakfast was great, a good variety of Japanese and western cuisine The staff were great, we did need to use google translate a bit but they were very helpful and used it with us as well

Our stay at the hotel was truly exceptional. The location couldn't have been better, as it was incredibly close to Shin-Imamiya Station. We were delighted with our choice of a tatami-style room, which offered us a captivating view of the vibrant Shinsekai street and the iconic Tsutenkaku Tower. This view was especially enchanting at night, with a lively atmosphere that attracted many tourists. Despite accidentally reserving a smoking room, we were pleasantly surprised that there was no trace of smoke in the room. This was a huge relief since my wife and our 2-year-old child were with me, and their comfort and health were a top priority. The cleanliness and air quality of the room were excellent. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa facility. Divided into separate areas for men and women, it provided a truly rejuvenating experience. Admittedly, entering the spa area where clothing was not allowed could be a bit intimidating, especially for someone as naturally shy as myself. However, I quickly adapted to the environment, and the sense of liberation and relaxation I experienced made any initial discomfort completely worthwhile. Overall, our experience at this hotel was memorable. The unbeatable location, the surprising absence of smoke in a smoking room, and the unique spa experience all contributed to a fantastic stay. We'd gladly return in the future.

While the overall experience was fantastic, I did notice that the Wi-Fi signal in our room was a bit weak at times. It's a minor point, but could be improved for future guests who rely on a strong internet connection.

The staff can't speak English

Buffet breakfast in the morning fuelled us for day trips to nara and kobe. Returning to the evening baths were divine. You can easily spend a day relaxing and using all the game room, arcade, karaoke, dining hall etc. Next time I'm in osaka I plan to make use of the resort facilities I skipped this time.

Had to learn a lot about bathing culture and how it worked on the fly (with experimentation and faus pas). Kind of fun learning but it meant we only really learnt the ropes by our final day.

Kids Pool and activity area and the close food and transport.

Extra fees for the onsen which we didn't use as a family but was required. Seemed like after paying everything upfront we arrived to an extra bill straight away. Website is not 100% clear on facilities, room features etc.

Spa World is the most incredible spa house I’ve ever been to. I had heard about it from a friend and booked my trip to Japan to see it - it exceeded all expectations!!!! And the other hotel amenities are world class. Will be coming again! And have recommended this place to all my friends!

Very convenient location and love the amenities like onsen wear.

No shoe policy was a little Troublesome . And need to change lifts as we were in another building. The annex bridge was cold to cross

Location was very near from train station and restaurants. Loved Asian Themed Hot Spring bath. Easy check in and use of facility.

It was over crowded especially pool area due to Obon week.

The water park and the spa facilities. My 6 years old love the variety of onsen and it made his first experience memorable.

It would be good to have included the water park with the hotel accomodation.
