Spacious room with space for large baggages and lots of electrical outlets, free hot water, matcha green tea latte and coffee service at ground floor, warm bathroom, great view of Tsutenkaku tower (depending on room type), walking distance to Spa World

Staff cannot speak English well enough to communicate effectively, only 1 pillow per person, the tower was under renovation when we were visiting.

Centralised train station to almost anywhere including the airport

paying 200 yen for checking in, which we did not have to do among the 3 other hotels we stayed in.

It was extremely close to the Shinsekai tower, a close convenient walk to the subway, there are many convenience stores, pharmacies and a Don Quijote nearby, the staff were friendly and helpful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that, when we arrived, the was a urine smell in our bathroom even though it looked clean. To be fair, we didn’t tell the staff about this complaint because we did not want to offend, but I think we should have told because the staff were nice and I think they would be understanding, so that’s also our fault for not saying anything to improve the smell. Everything else was literally perfect!

although the room is small good enough as i travel alone and i feel very safe as people can only access the lift to go up with the hotel key access card.

The location is great, right beside the tourist spot of Shinsekai. Few mins walk away from JR station and Osaka subway line for easy connection to other parts of Osaka including to and fro Kasai International Airport. Multiple food options nearby to satisfy late night hunger too. Staff were helpful whenever and free baggage storage available on check in & out day. WiFi strength is sufficient. Air condition and bathroom facilities are typical Japan good standard.

Room space deemed to be small, minor challenge to move around with baggages layed out. Understandable with the exchange of prime locality.

The hotel locaton is good, very close to the Metro and JR station, around 6 mins. Also Nankai station is just behide the JR station, it is very convenience to and from the airport. One more option for you to choose. Mega Donki is just near the Metro station. Love it!

The pillow is a bit small and flat, only have one pillow. usually it was 2 pillows on each bed. The restaurants near around the hotel are a bit early to close, mostly close at 9pm, and you have to eat before 7pm. I have been to one at 8pm and they refuse us.

This is a fairly new hotel within 3 min walk from the JR station from the airport, easy to walk to even with our three suitcases. Nice and quite despite being within 2 min of the Osaka Tower (Tsūtenkaku) and all the 100's of restaurants, shops and bars in the Shinsekai area. The room was of average Japanese size and was impeccably clean. Super fast wifi, No odd smells, standard bathroom with bidet and all amenities. In true Japanese style there was a convenience store just outside the front door. The reception staff didn't speak much English but the check in tablet was so we had no issues at all checking in and checkout was via a machine. Overall great value for money in an excellent location.

The bed at least for me was little hard but thats more a personal preference. I still got a good night sleep.

Room was a good size, we had 2 large suitcases and managed to find space for them. Showers a decent size. Close to station so didn't have to drag our luggage to far. Close to shops/supermarkets. The laundry was a HUGE help, they have a wash/dryer where you can use and check the status of how long it has left from your room, and if any are free to use. Built in chromecast in the TV if you're like me and need to wind down before bed. Good size fridge, and safe also. No outside noise from other people staying or street noise. Comfy beds.

Loved the location. Very close to train station as well as a mega Don Quixote and the Shineskai food stalls / markets. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Handy having a laundry machine in the hotel with a feature on the TV showing if laundry machines are available. Chromecast on TV also great feature

Room seemed a lot smaller compared to photos. Travelled as a couple but only single bedding available so need to push together beds which wasn't hard at all, just slightly tedious.

The place is easy to find, next to dobutsuen station (exit 5), you just have to walk a few minutes. It’s in Shinsekai and it’s a fun area to stay, with a lot of restaurants around. Thanks to the midosuji line (red) , you can go everywhere (umeda, namba). You can go to Harukas by foot. Tennoji station is also in the same area. The room was 15m2, small as expected, but clean and with a lot of amenities. Bring a pareo and put it on the bed when you need to open your luggage. The staff was nice and some of them speak English. Check in and check out were fast.
