I loved this hotel. The location is unbeatable. There are scales for your luggage in the reception area, available to use at any time. Staff extremely friendly and polite. Everything very clean. The mattress felt just right to me. They also give you two bottles of mineral water per day of stay. You can also take free tea - green (two varieties) and black (Earl Grey, apple and peach, all very tasty). The corridors are very stylish, with beautiful cozy lighting - you feel as if you're in an upscale place while walking to your room. The Japanese-style rooms are very pretty and really spacious by Japanese standards - they even have wardrobes for your clothes. Really easy to feel at home.

1) Bad sound-proofing. I could hear people in the neighbouring room talking, listening/watching something and moving stuff. Good thing I had my earplugs with me. 2) The smoking area is located in the laundry room, which is a bad idea: when I took my clothes out of the dryer, they smelled with cigarette smoke and I had hang them at my balcony overnight to air them. 3) No actual TV channels on the TV; you can only watch Youtube (plus Netflix etc. only if you have a subscription of your own). Also, the maximum sound is intentionally made very low because the rooms have no sound-proofing. Regardless, the positive qualities felt more prominent.

Rooms were spacious, with a great view of the tower from the balcony. Fresh towels and bottles of water were provided every day. Tea/coffee making facilities were provided (kettle and mugs in the room, with tea, coffee, sugar and powdered creamer available in reception), and rooms all have mini fridges to store drinks etc. Location excellent, with a good selection of restaurants on your doorstep as well as easy access to the Metro. On the day of check out, luggage could be stored free of charge to enable some final sightseeing in Osaka.

Bathrooms slightly small, but an acceptable trade off given the size of the rooms themselves.

The hotel's location was fantastic, while also being quiet at night time. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, and we were able to check in early. The reception and bedroom's interior was modern and clean.

Despite the hotel being modern, the bathroom was not. It is very old fashioned and small which let down the room, there was no room to change or use the mirror. Also, television only has YouTube and streaming channels - which we weren't able to use during our stay from poor connection.

We loved it! The room was spacious, had a comfy bed and closet space. There was also a balcony. The bathoom was small but well organized. The location was great! Just in the middle of budget restaurants, bars and attractions which is so important when you visit Osaka. (Osaka is there to give you a good time and all you have to do is just let the city guide you.) Although our room was on the third floor, we didn't hear any noise which was awesome.

Confusing lack of information on facilities in the rooms when you book it. Some rooms have a full description and others not however all rooms have a bathroom and all the facilities - there is just no info about it when you read the description.

The location is excellent, barely a two-minute walk away from Ebisucho train station and the next is only 10 minutes by walking. The Tsukenkaku Tower and Shinsekai area is also a short walk away. The staff are very helpful + friendly, they were quick to respond to any issue or inquiry. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Walls are a bit thin, I could hear our neighbours making a lot of noise late at night.

Very friendly staff, clean and recently renovated, overall great experience! They even had a washer machine on the balcony (which we used) to be able to do laundry. I would definitely stay here again!

Would be nice to have a slightly larger bathroom, but based on my experience of traveling in Japan, I’ve come to see that small bathrooms are the norm. I’m 6’3” and found the bathroom small but manageable.

Location is great, just inside Shinsekai area, next to Tsutenkaku tower and Isshinji temple. The area is plenty of restaurants and it is great to walk around to get to know Osaka. Staff is very friendly and willing to help. The place is clean. You have a desk in your room, which we really enjoy.

The room size is quite small, but this is a common in the place. My only suggestion is that they can improve pillows.

Everything was very good. The room is quite big and it has a balcony. They provide you with shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, every day water, towels, etc. Amazing location with a lot of restaurants and bars and cafes around. I really recommend it

The mattress is too hard and you can feel the coil layer (the metal things in the mattress) in every movement you do. That was quite uncomfortable 😣

Location is like a double-edged sword. It's in the Shinsekai area, close to attractions and several stations(Train/Metro) but the area is rather noisy(No issues late-night). The rooms were recently renovated and quite comfortable and spacious.

Seems like the bathroom haven't been renovated with the rest of the building.

I like that they have foc on things you are able to take from the lobby (example: shaver, tea and others). They're pretty close to food and the Ebisucho station which is less than a 5 min walk. The staff are very friendly and explain things well there too. They go out of their way to make things happy for their customers. They do change towels on a daily basis.
