Location is excellent, close to everything. Subway station 2min walk. Convenient store across the road. Very affordable. I would definitely stay here if travelling alone or 2 adults. The laundry room was great 👍 only had to pay for washing, dryer is free unlike most other hotels. Also, they use gas pump dryer, so drying time was fast and clothes are lovely and soft.

Too small and squishy for family of 4. If the single bed lifted up for storage or if you could slide suitcase under bed, would be great. Luckily we only had 2 medium suitcase for 4ppl so we made it work, if you had a large suitcase per person, there will be no where for you suitcase. When other people review and say the room is tiny, they are not kidding!

Super close to both the JR line and local line for travel! They replenish your towels daily and the check-in process was smooth. The triple room was definitely smaller than what my group expected, especially if ever one intends to travel with large luggage. Thankfully we only went with carry-ons and it was manageable. It's quite inexpensive so I can't really complain and although it's not the largest or the comfiest of beds, it was quite clean.

The location was great. Very close to airport express station. The hotel is also located two stops from Namba. MTR is 1 min from the hotel and Don Quijote + convenience stores also closeby.

The room was quite small. Therefore, not much space to store luggage or pack suitcase.

This is your place ...it's VERY close to Tsutenkaku Tower and Shensekai. A 6 minute walk. The area is very quiet at night and has alot of options for food and plenty of convenient stores. The staff was amazing and the room was perfect.

The beds are really confortable, you get fresh towels everyday, AC works good enough. The location is great ( its a "popular" area, but still safer than 99% of the world ) and allows you to reach many of the touristic spots of Osaka/kyoto/nara.

The wifi is subpart, you'll often get less than 1mbps, i suggest you get yourself a 5G key.

Across the JR train station. Close to convenience stores, Don Quijote. Clean room. Hair dryer, kettle.. Coffee machine / microwave at the lobby.

Very small room. If you have some big luggage difficult to move around.

The price was very low compared to the service. I was very close to the Osaka metro and also the Osaka tower. The staff was friendly, took time to explain rules and everything. The room, even though small was well thought.

Not a lot of external light in my room because of a bigger building next to us.

Good location and decent room

There are periods where i had no water in my toilet. Had to leave the tap on for quite awhile before the water started (about 10 minutes)

Kind staff, good location (few minutes from Shin-Imamiya, Namba and Dobutsuen-mae) clean room and comfy bed.

Our A/C wasnt working well and despite the cleanliness there was an unpleasant smell in the room.

Very near subway stn dobutsuenmae. Easy to access from Kansai Airport. Many convenient stores nearby
