The room and facilities in the room and property is very clean and tidy. Although the receptionist won't be able to speak english but we have no problem on communication. There was a fridge with freezer which is very......excellent and that was my favourite because we could buy ice-cream and meat or seafood to freeze. I really love this facility so much. The location is very good. It took 2 mins to subway station Dobutsuen-mae and 8 mins to Shin-Imamiya station (Nankai airport train station). I requested for quiet room and they arranged an unit on 6th floor which was so quiet at night for sleeping although there was a kid walking around at night. So far it didn't affect our stay too much. The receptionist was very helpful. We wanted to bring some frozen food to our countries but our flight was at night. They told me that we could put our food into their fridge and baggage storage for free until we left the property at night. Their service is fantastic and we are sure will come back to this property on our next travel to Osaka. We highly recommend this apartment stay. 100% satisfied with our stay which was 8 days.

The only problem is the subway exit has a lot of stairs which we understood it was not the fault of the property. It was very tired to walk stairs with a lot of shopping or after a long day sightseeing.

Very cheap and the location was really good (5 minute walk to Dobutsuen-Mae Station - easy line to Dotonbori and ~6 minute walk to Shin-Imamiya station - a JR station). Also close to a late night takoyaki stand that served better takoyaki than what you would find along Dotonbori (and its cheaper too). Overall a great stay

Some of the pillows were stained yellow as they were the memory foam ones, we just slept on the other pillows.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped apartment rental for a short stay. Reception was great and we communicated with Google Translate with no problems. Really appreciate the small baggies that contained utilities (e.g. tooth brush). Also had a washing machine and dryer combo, plus enough Tide pods for washing (we stayed for 4 days and the host gave us 4 tide pods, we only used 2 I think) .

Wish the location was a bit better, it was close to transit which was great but it was still out of the way. However, given the price and amenities, it was a fantastic stay.

Great location, within 5mins walking to the nearest train station - metro, JR & Nankai line. Listed in the hotel list for baggage delivery from KIX. Clean room and all the amenities working. Will come back if we return to Osaka again.

Front desk will communicate using Pocket talk - Japanese to English. But not an issue as he just explained the basic things like how to use the key, checkout time etc. The area known as slum area; its not very clean. But the locals (homeless/drunk) will not bother you.

Huge room with kitchen. Comfortable beds

The cleaners did not do a good job by japanese standards. There were cobwebs in the corner of the toilet room. The washing machine filter bag has not been cleaned so long that the contents has lumped together and turned black and waxy The neighbor hood was not nice. On our way out or on our way in, we would always see guys sitting on the pavement drinking alcohol. Or sleeping (passes out?)

Location, few minutes walk from Shin Imamiya station which has access to most of daytrips I have from Osaka like Himeji, Koyasan and Nara (Nankai + JR). Close also to Shinsekai (walking distance), Namba/Dotonbori (2 trains stops). Apartment is also fully furnished so you can experience what a Japanese household usually have, love the best the heated toilet and bathtub! Staff tries hard to communicate with you even if they also have hard time to speak English.

Apartment beside a small train track, sometimes you can hear the train sound but not that loud. No close 7/11 stores mostly Family mart. No other issues, apartment was value for money esp for groups.

the hosts are very polite, helpful and welcoming. thanks for fetching me from another building when i was lost around the vicinity in the evening - Thank you! there are lifts within the building, so no worries about the heavy luggage. rooms are clean, both the beds are comfortable, you get to use hot/cold air from aircon at your conveniences. there's a mini kitchen, washing machine (i didnt use) and even vacuum! they even provide cute bathroom amenities too and bedroom slippers! there's body soap/shampoo as well. it's so well prepared for guest's arrival and you wont regret it! will definitely go back when i have a chance :)

love the stay! No complaints! :) keep it up! Will return when possible <3

It's spacious for the price you pay, so it's good value for money especially for family (we don't use the other room since it was just two of us). It has all the amenities you need, clean, hi-tech toilet & bathroom. The staff doesn't speak English, but he makes effort to use Google translate to communicate. The staff proactively lend us umbrella when it's a rainy day, so it's unexpected hospitality and a good experience overall.

Separate toilet, sink and bathroom has its disadvantages sometimes (but it depends on preference). Lack of mirror. Remote or button (for air con, heater, bathroom) is in Japanese, so bit hard to figure out how to use/control it, even with google translate help. Still walking distance to nearest train, but I can't say it's very close if you bring big luggages.

This was the first time that I’ve had an apartment rental, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. To my surprise, the unit that I got was really large, and the bathroom was extremely clean. The bed was extremely comfortable (the comfiest that I’ve had so far on my trip), and the wifi was extremely reliable and fast compared to my previous hotel. The concierge was very kind and patient while I was fumbling around with a translator app.

The only thing that I didn’t like was that there was no dryer, so I had to dry laundry items the traditional way. Which isn’t too bad as an experience, butI had the unfortunate timing that one of the evenings that I was staying that it was thunder storming, so I couldn’t dry outside. (That one is definitely not the fault of the hotel.) Was not sure, but the hallway did smell funny, and I wasn’t sure if that was normal or not.

As a solo traveller looking to set up a base from which to travel everyday, this was a great choice. It is convenient for the excellent transport connections from Shin-Imamiya station, there are all-hours grocery stores nearby (and a Mega Donki) and the in-apartment facilities make it very comfortable. The accommodation is easy to find from the metro/JR station, it accepts luggage storage before check-in and the front-desk provides a very friendly welcome (communication through Google Translate - to German for me). The room is a comfortable apartment, with cooking equipment, laundry washer/dryer machine, dining and lounge area, alongside a separate toilet room from generous sized bathroom area. The towels and bedsheets are fresh and there are a few bottles of water stocked in the refrigerator on arrival. As a solo traveller, there was plenty of space throughout the whole apartment and the views from the step-out balcony on the 7th floor apartment were awesome. The multiple air-conditioner units throughout the place helped to keep it warm and cosy during cold nights. The place was quiet, which enabled good sleeps on the firm mattresses. The place is great if you want to do your own thing with little interactions. The front-desk was staffed whenever I walked past but only at arrival and departure did we have a conversation, which I was happy with and I didn’t feel ‘watched’. There was no daily housekeeping service, which helped it feel even more comfortable as a home-away-from-home. The local neighbourhood is working-class. I did not feel unsafe. I got used to smoking uncles around. It is not bougie but it does have character that can be appreciated. A really great place to stay and recharge after busy days.

The room I stayed did not have a microwave, though the convenience stores heated the food anyway so there was no requirement for it and it was no problem.
