Loved the cleanliness of the room and had all the necessities and more. I liked that you could pick up your own towels and toiletries by the reception, and found the staff to be very helpful. The hotel felt safe and was conveniently located. I liked the presence of a smart tv in the room.

The room was smaller than I expected but everything else made up for it. I wish there was more option to request more regular cleaning without a fee, as I would normally expect hotels to provide daily cleaning for free.

The hotel is like a luxury private hostel. Rooms and bathrooms were tiny, but this is part of the Japanese experience. Everything was really clean and the location was fantastic! Walking distance for sightseeing and leisure in Osaka and an easy train ride to neighbouring cities such as Kobe, Kyoto and Nara. Lovely cafes and restaurants nearby and staff were lovely, spoke good English and very foreigner friendly. A staff member named Jessica went above and beyond to book a reservation at a beautiful restaurant near Osaka castle, which was extremely helpful.

Just a 20 minute walk from Osaka's Dotonburi district, this a clean and comfortable business hotel perfect for passing out in after a busy day. There is a cafe/break room area on the second floor that has coin operated beer and lemon sour dispensing machines, which can be paired with a free snack option from the kitchen like yakitori or takoyaki as well as others. The staff were especially helpful, as my brother and I carelessly locked ourselves out of our rooms on more than one occasion and they were happy to help without any signs of annoyance or impatience.

The room was only just barely big enough for the bed and a shelf/desk for the TV and kettle, but that's expected from these kinds of hotels. They do not provide room cleaning or bed making, save for changing out towels and removing rubbish bags.

Probably one of the best hotels where I have stayed during my Japan trip. I received a warm welcome and a small tour to the lounge with restaurant. They have laundry facilities, vending machines, other necessary items that you can take by yourself near the reception and the location is really great to nearby attractions and restaurants. Our room on the 11th floor was quiet and nice and the wifi is good. I liked the service very much and they have free water, coffee or chocolate milk from the machine, free snacks and give free ramen or udon between 17.30 and 19.30 :)

I spent 2 nights in this accommodation. On early arrival at the hotel, it was possible to store luggage here, which made exploring Osaka very pleasant before we could settle in. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and cozy. I left my headphones in the hotel room when I left, and only discovered this fact at the train station when I left Osaka. I immediately contacted the hotel saying that I needed to find the forgotten headphones as soon as possible. The staff were very helpful and by the time I got back to the hotel, my forgotten headphones were waiting at reception. I would like to express my appreciation and thanks for hotel service.

Great location, great staff. You're close to two different railway lines, plenty of good restaurants, convenience stores and more. The Hot Spring is serviceable. It's OK for the size of the hotel but nothing crazy. Still nice to have it there. Great facilities, very clean hotel.

Your room isn't made every day (they will make it on request) - this is in the spirit of being eco friendly. You replenish your towels yourself by taking them to the reception and picking up a new one - however, fresh towels are usually all used up come evening time, so get in early. The hot spring is only available at absurdly late hours for men, which is a significant negative for me.

I really liked the room, it wasn't massive but it was the right size for what we needed: a couple of nights in Osaka. The staff were really friendly and helped us out with washing our clothes as we had been travelling around. Didn't get to go but they have a little cafe / bar selling Oden and beer which looked cute. There is a supermarket, coco curry house and mcdonalds right next door which we appreciated.

It's not located in the centre of Osaka and it's a bit of a walk to get to Dotonburi, it wasn't an issue for us as we liked the walk, there isn't loads of see on the way but it's calm and quiet compared to the hub bub of the centre!

I did not eat breakfast, but they had the option. It was way too carby for my tastes. However I think that the lounge they had on the 2nd floor was awesome. The free Udon and Ramen was super awesome and I loved it. The Staff was super awesome too and spoke great english. I heard the staff speak in mandarin too. I was impressed by their professionalism

Just the rooms were a little small. But to be honest this is pretty much expected when in Japan. One more thing too that was strange was that the internet was unstable. I am not sure why (I am guessing that it was because of a firewall or something) but keep this in mind. Fortunately, there is a 24/7 coffee house across the street that had great internet.

Very friendly staff. Large public bath available. Good location (easy to get to Osaka castle and Kaiyukan aquarium).

The room was very small even for Japan's standards, I couldn't open my suitcase anywhere on the floor. The form where you fill out your name and travel details according to Japanese law was a Google Forms form which didn't even work properly so staff at the reception had to take a picture of our passports manually with an iPad which felt a bit unprofessional and unsafe from a data safety perspective. Only one key card despite being two guests and since the public bath is one gender at a time as a couple one person has to stay in the room without electricity. Slightly hard and uncomfortable beds.
