Honestly could not recommend this place enough. It was so quiet and we didn’t even see any of the other hotel guests during our 8 night stay here. The location is great, it’s quiet and is a nice getaway when you’ve been around the busy areas all day. The location is also great because it has 2-3 different metros within a 10 min walking distance and supermarkets very nearby too. The rooms had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay, it was also so clean! I would definitely stay here again. The 24 hour reception and locked main door after a certain time also makes you feel very safe, especially as we were two girls! We left our bags with reception for most of the day too on the day of leaving.

Honestly wouldn’t change anything.

Excellent stay in a quiet part of Tokyo, with convenient access to 4 different metro stations within a 10 min walk. Convenience stores close by for water, snacks, etc... Coffee in the lobby was a nice perk, and having a washing machine and dryer in the rooms was fantastic (note that the shower room was the dryer, with the ceiling vent drying function turned on - Google Translate is your friend here - and the clothes hanging from a rack). The staff were very friendly and helpful. I made a mistake in our departure date, and thought we were checking out a day later than my reservation stated. We were off on a day trip 2hrs from Tokyo when the hotel called us to say we'd missed our checkout and our personal items were still in the rooms. They kindly arranged an extra night for us in the same rooms. We just had to pay a (reasonable) cancellation fee for the cleaning service that was booked for that day (on top of the extra night stay). The staff were so kind about it, and so helpful in fixing my mistake!!

Limited coffee shops/bakeries in the area that were open on weekends. We hit up 7-11 for quick/easy breakfast items. Overall, a great stay!!

We travelled with our 1.5 year old kid so the generous space and the sufficient amenities were very much appreciated during our 12-day stay. Particularly, we loved the kitchen, the laundry washer, and the “air dryer” for our clothes which allowed us to pack ultra light going to Japan. Since we were travelling with a baby stroller, we usually took the train to our first destination and took cabs going back to the hotel. Hatchobori (H line) is the closest train station which can be reached by foot in 3mins, and with a nice coffeeshop (Ampere Cafe) where we get our morning caffeine along the way. Taxi from Ginza station cost us around 900 - 1,100 JPY while taxi from Omotesando/Harajuku cost around 3,500-3,800 JPY. (Hatchobori station also has no elevators to the platform so it was a bit of a struggle when going up.) Taxi to and from Haneda Airport came at around 8,500 JPY. The room is nice, clean (and easy to clean), and the neighborhood is quiet and serene. The staff were always helpful, smiling, engaging and felt like they sincerely want you to enjoy not just your stay but your entire trip to Japan. Only 3 units per floor so it felt very private.

Nothing. But perhaps the distance to restaurants/shops is the only negative we could think of. There’s a few ramen shops or restaurants/bars here and there and a handful of nearby convenience stores, but maybe that’s the trade off to the quiet and peaceful neighborhood (despite being in a business district).

Staff was always present and available. Access once registered was easy and without issues. The location was very close to the Metro (Hibiya) line or JR line - 3-5 minutes walk. I liked the kitchen area and amenities in the apartment. Washing machine was in room, which made it convenient.

I thought the space was larger than it actually was. I guess my sense of space was off, but the space was adequate and actually had small table and chairs. I wish there were more electrical outlets near the bed. There was only a rack available vice closet space, but we managed.

Great location, being at reasonable walking distance from major locations such as Ginza and Chiyoda City. Also near subway stations connected to main lines that reach farther locations such as Shibuya. The apartment was quite big and full of commodities. Kitchen was a nice addition to allow us to cook and eat some food. Everything was clean and well documented, having a washing machine in the apartment itself was a life saver, and the instructions to use it were clear enough and simple. Workers of the hotel were kind and really helpful, some of them also spoke English fluently and were from outside Japan. At all times we felt comfortable.

There is nothing bad to mention I can think of.

The staff and location were outstanding. The staff was always attentive and helpful answering questions or calling a taxi. Very close to to a subway, market and next to a post office. Fully equipped kitchenette and comfortable queen bed.

Our room would have been better suited for 2 people (not enough room with the small cot) not three. The cot not very comfortable as well. There was no dryer just the option of a drying room (shower room setting) which was misleading. Also the TV was too low and had limited viewing options.

I love the casual atmosphere of this place. There's always someone in the reception area ready to assist you during working hours. This is a great in-between of a hotel and serviced apartment. Super easy access to Tokyo Disney Resorts on the Keiyo Line without being too far from central Tokyo. The neighborhood is very relaxed and quiet. I was glad to see a microwave, for heating up breakfast from the konbini early in the morning when restaurants are closed. The washing machine is always a plus. We liked our stay here and definitely would consider Section L as a home base to stay in the future.

The balcony was pretty spacious for Tokyo. I wish I could sit outside and drink coffee but the balcony was very dirty and there weren't any outside slippers to use. It's disappointing that we are charged a cleaning fee but the balcony wasn't cleaned well.

I LOVED this place. It was super convenient to two train stations. In some cases it was within walking distance to several things I wanted to see. I was a solo traveler in Japan for my birthday and returned to my room to find a hand drawn card and gift waiting for me. It was unexpected and greatly appreciated as I was spending my birthday solo. Staff is always at the front desk. While I didn’t need help with anything, I imagine it wouldn’t be a problem to ask them for help or tips. More than once I was greeted by name at the door. I felt very comfortable and safe staying here.

The spaces can be kind of small. This is to be expected in Tokyo, as it is the norm. I felt as though the studio apartment was perfect for just myself. The elevator as well can feel a bit small. Myself, my two checked bags and carry on just barely fit, but fortunately I almost never had to share the elevator.

Loved the closeness to the metro stations as well as the available amenities. We needed to check our luggage weight from buying all the souvenirs and the reception had a scale. They staff was also extremely helpful when we had any questions about the transportation or entrance to certain attractions. Also, we loooooved and appreciated the translation pamphlet of all the appliances.

We had the ground floor apartment which was great, however, just like most of Tokyo, it was quite tight! The bed is a double bed which was a tad bit annoying since we were friends traveling together and not a couple. They did provide us with an extra bed which we ended up using for comfort but, naturally, its small.

I really enjoyed the staff they were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Anything that I needed they made sure that I received it in a timely manner. It was quiet, clean and very easy to travel wherever we wanted to go. I would definitely stay again when I come back to Tokyo and would recommend it to my friends and family!

I didn't like that we had to take trash to a location and there weren’t any clear guidance on what and how to do it correctly. With japan being as strict as it is on trash, I think that is something that maybe one of the workers should handle to ensure it is done correctly, or just make sure the instruction i crystal clear on what to do. I don't say that because I’m lazy, I say that showing respect to Japan. Other than that my experience was amazing I have no complaints.
