- Laundry access was helpful, though the dryer didn't work very well - Blackout curtains, A/C, water temperature (getting to hot) was great - Close to restaurants and subway stations without being in the middle and being very loud - Front desk spoke English and helpful, cleaning ladies that came by were really nice

- Rooms are small, but we knew that from the pictures. It was perfect for us because we only needed a space to sleep and keep our luggage - Water boiler in our room didn't work but wasn't a necessary part of the stay - Still a 15-20 minute walk from Ginza and Tokyo Station, so can be a bit far (especially when it rained one day) but is still decently central, and I would probably stay here again in the future

Room was in good shape, everything clean. Staff respected our wishes for a room on upper floors. We stayed for 6 nights and would recommend going for a bigger room. Area is rather quiet and allows for decent sleep. Easy checkout is great. So is the luggage storage service - many thanks to the patient staff!

Sound proofing could be improved. We heard people using the elevator too frequently. Elevator situation is not perfect if you have a room on the upper floors. Bathroom sliding door is not perfect for privacy. The room could need a safe.

The hotel is situated nicely with direct trains from and to Haneda airport and in walking distance of 2 underground stations. It is also very close to the Ginza shopping district. Our experience with APA hotels in Japan has been positive in general, this stay was no different and we found everything as expected (everything we needed and everything in a clean and upkept state).

Rooms are being made up every single night, which is fine. However, we had been saving some of the coffee provided for each room on a daily basis. Unfortunately housekeeping removed this. They also took the bath mat without leaving a replacement causing a slight disgruntlement on my part. There is 1 coin washer and 1 coin dryer on the ground floor. The dryer is awful, so expect to have laundry still very moist after an hour in the machine (again, this was expected, so we had planned for it).

The location was in a quiet, and nice neighborhood. It is a bit of a walk from the subway but still walkable and convenient. You can walk to the Tokyo station too. Amenities are great with slippers for in and out, yucata, and toiletries (except Lotion). Room is quiet small but it is expected in Japan. It is ok for me because I am short but maybe for a tall or plus size person , the bathroom and hallway can be really tight. I wish the bed was higher like the other APA location luggages can be stored underneath. Has a fridge and a kettle. Reception area has a microwave, drink vending machine and Has 1 washer (¥500) and dryer (¥100).

Breakfast is at another location.

The room was small but efficient. The cleaning staff provided fresh towels every day and came in every 3 days to tidy up the room. The staff members were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was great as it was within walking distance of a lot of different train lines. It was also very close to multiple convenience stores which was helpful. The coin-op laundry in the facilities was super helpful.

The staff does not clean under the bed as there were food crumbs and nuts under the bed which were not ours.

Room was clean. Lawsons directly opposite which was great. Hatchobori, Shintomicho and Takaracho train stations were all within walking distance; about 7-8 min walk and Kyobashi station only slightly further; about 10 min walk from hotel. There was also washing machine (500yen) and dryer facilities (100 yen). Ginza was walkable (15mins) and Tokyo station was about 20 min walk away. Overall great location.

Room was very very small, can fit at most 2 people. I couldn't even open my suitcase fully, had to put half on bed and half on the chair. Bathroom was also very very small.

It was longer stay this time and my 3rd time in this hotel. Love the location - few subway stations nearby, 10min by walk to Tokyo train station, restaurants, shops, but on the other hand quiet place. Hotel is typical what business APA chain offers - japanese size of clean rooms and everything important inside.

Maybe the breakfast - it is not in the same building but in close restaurant. And it is not western type - for a croissant and coffe you might be more satisfied in Starbucks:)

Staff are very polite, they know basic English but is enough, room and bathroom perfectly clean, they provide basic things as shower caps, razors, cotton tips, that’s a good point. Location was good, there’s a Lawson just around the corner and 7/11 just 5 mins walking, close to Tokyo station and other subways, there’s coin laundry into the hotel but if it’s too busy, there is another public coin laundry 2 mins walking. Overall, it was a good stay.

There is only one thing, rooms are extremely tight and small, I took one room for 2 people but you can’t open the suitcases because there’s no space at all, you would have to put the bags on the bed if you need it.

My room was extremely clean, spacious and quiet.

The breakfast. I hadn't realised breakfast wasn't in the hotel itself. I couldn't find any information about the breakfast before booking. Exceptionally, I had been hoping for a Western breakfast as a treat, but I was disappointed. The offer was very limited and the quality was not great.

Great location, in that there were three train stations within walking distance. Room was Tokyo-tiny, but enough to move around in. There was enough room at the end of the bed to tuck my day pack in. Bed was comfortable enough. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom was the usual all in one, but seemed slightly smaller than average. Wifi was good. You could mirror your mobile phone/tablet screen to the TV, which was the only place I stayed in (in 4 weeks) that I could. Not as good as casting, but at least I could get my Spotify up. Washing machine, dryer, and microwave are in small alcoves in the foyer, Vending machine has only non alcoholic beverages. But there's a Lawson directly opposite the entrance. USB socket at the bed. Light switches at the bed.

Window is right behind the head board, making it kind of hard to get the curtain open to let natural light in. Rooms right next to the lift are kind of noisy because you can hear everyone coming and going at all hours of the night.
