The only thing I did not 100% enjoy was the fact that in the bathroom there was not space to put things. Not a single table top or support space. Apart from that, everything was great.

Location : 5 minutes walk from the bustling Shinjuku area, 6 minutes away from the metro station. 24x7 convenience stores around. Staff is welcoming, 2 minutes to check in, the rooms are what is expected in Tokyo small and cramped yet comfortable. There's no space to keep all of your suitcase open or even slide them under the bed. But overall it doesn't matter as you'd be out in Tokyo than be in the room. The housekeeping was perfect.

The breakfast wasn't worth it. The quantity of the menu was limited and restricted. I would rather suggest you to walk a bit to the 7-11 across the street and treat yourself with a microwaved meal and a nice coffee. You'll thank me later.

The room was really clean the the facilities were great! You get plenty of free toiletries which we found really good. Including toothbrushes and toothpaste. The hotel is in a good location in Shinjuku. Far enough away from the central nightlife but close enough to easily get to. There are metro stations close by and lots of places to eat.

The room is quite small, but this is pretty common with japanese hotels. We didn't find the bed very comfortable, but this is down to personal preference. We just found it too firm. We decided to buy breakfast one morning but didn't think there was a lot of choice.

It was conveniently located near Shinjuku public transport hubs and makes the travelling to and from easier. The rooms are very well equipped and daily amenities and towels provided for each of our 6 nights made the stay even more comfortable.

The only thing was the size of the room which was very small it was hard to move around if you have a decent size luggage. But having said that I don't think you can find any bigger rooms around Tokyo city limits where this size is a standard feature so wouldn't call it a massive issue to be honest.

The location was fantastic and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Firstly, it was really difficult to find the hotel as there are several with similar names from the same company within a 1km radius. Secondly, our floor was non-smoking yet it smelt very strongly of smoke and I found a cigarette butt under our bed. Thirdly, the room and bathroom was very small and awkward to coordinate with two large suitcases. I assume this is standard in Tokyo but for the price we paid it was a very small room. Fourthly, in terms of facilities it would have been nice if there was a laundry.

Loved the toilet and the amenities provided! Everything you possible need was basically provided in the room and the counter staff were more than ready to provide other needs like heaters and fans if you asked.

My room gets dusty really fast, not sure if it's because of the Aircon, but I would wake up and find a lot of dust on the surface of my table and belongings. The temperature of the shower head kept fluctuating when I was showering if the pressure wasn't turned up high enough, but once you get the sweet spot everything's ok.

Apa hotels rooms are what you expect from Japanese hotels. Tiny rooms, tight bathroom, no space to move around. But these are a given for typical Japanese hotels, so no surprises. The room had everything we needed...a place to sleep n leave our luggage, bathroom amenities, small fridge, excellent water pressure. Several good places to eat close by, short walk to Oedo subway line

2 small hairs (hope it was arm hair n not THAT other kind) on the top sheet, very slow elevator, unheated toilet seat (being very picky here).

The location was so interesting and fun! We enjoyed looking around together. Despite the rooms being small SO much was put in for a comfortable stay. Also it was the most comfortable bed I've been in since landing in Japan, and I've been here for almost 2 weeks. We booked here last minute as we realised we had a gap in accommodation and saw so much over 2 days. Thank you for having us! The staff were exceptional and so professional and more than happy to help us for luggage storage even when we checked out.

Nothing I didn't like! Honestly great.

Although the room is small, it has all necessary amenities.

The room is very small, barely has place to place the suitcases. The female receptionist we met in the morning seemed tired and sleepy, she helped us grouped our suitcases together but did not help anything with check-in ie filling in the paperwork, scanning passports etc. She simply told us to come back at 3 PM for check-in so when we came back at night, the male receptionist was very confused and surprised that we had not done anything.

Everything was perfect, room was clean, staff was nice and allowed us to check one hour after normal schedule time. Location is also extremely convenient, right in the middle of Shinjuku, but still not in the busiest street where it might get hard to fall asleep. Would recommend and stay here again.

The only flaw was the size of the room: we happened to have a lot of luggage and could barely fit them, we basically did not have any space to move. The bathroom was also extremely small. Fitting in the spaces might get a little bit hard in case you are not a couple. However, considering we spent most of our time visiting the city, we did not really mind at all.
